I unfortunately cannot give a rating low enough. I honestly have never been so apauled by customer service. I have tired every form of communication and 3 days later still no response. I purchased a jacket that literally crumbled apart and damaging clothing in the process.
Cheap material and useless customer service will never purchase from this company again.

Next day (2 working days) delivery is a scam. It use to be great and come on time. Not anymore. Been trying to contact customer service and all I’m getting is an AI bot that can’t give answers. I’m on the 4th working day now and an post still haven’t received the package off them.

Trying to contact customer service is like trying to contact Donald Trump absolutely awful customer service , will never order again from boohoo ordered 6 items 1 arrived saying on its website 3 was delivered . Never again !

I orderd 3 weeks ago for a wedding sandels and never received after paying for next day delivery numerous text back they now say my parcels was returned and and I have to wait another 2weeks for refund not acceptable this is so unprofessional and annoying telling me all different things

Jeans arrived and they are awful every again

Bought 4 pairs of pyjamas. Roughly €50 a pair but in sail for €20 ish. They are cheap tat if I stand near heat I’ll go up in flames. They are that flimsy you can seen through the top and bottoms when they are overlapping. Unwearable. I honestly didn’t know boohoo it’s just the same as SHEIN and Temu but twice the price. 2 pairs are unwearable I’d get arrested for nudity , they are all the same size 14 but none of them are the same size. Will never buy anything from boohoo again. Boohoo is right cause in crying for wasting me money.

Paid next day delivery in Ireland, items took 4 days to come.
I asked for a refund for my next day delivery fee, and was simply told the items have since been delivered.
Not responding to my further msgs and emails. Really disappointing.

I placed two seperate orders on Thursday 28th of August. They divided the two orders into four parcels. One full order came on Monday 1st September, one item came out of other order, the price of the item was 18 euro, my whole order was 136.49!! They took two days to respond to say my order had been returned to them and they would refund me 110.50 but it wouldn’t be in my account until the 22nd of September! Apparently it takes 19 days to refund a paying customer when they received F all of what they paid for!! I’ve emailed numerous times, contacted through Apple messages and the AI tells me the refund is in progress. I asked for proof that they have even started my refund and they claim I’ll get an email when the whole refund has been processed. Absolutely disgusted by the customer service, or rather lack of customer service. It’s quite clear what way this company is going giving it’s gone under new ownership and has had two different CEO’s in the last couple of years. Will not be buying from again.

Received 3 deliveries today. One item was supposed to be a two piece, in fact, only the waistcoat was in the bag, and it reeked of cheap perfume. It was obviously something that someone else had returned. The returns portal expects me to pay for the return.
Emailed customer service, no response. Contacted them on Facebook messenger, as requested by their website, at 13.49 today. It is now 17.39 almost 4 hours later, and no response, even though I have kept messenger open.

Don't buy from Boo Hoo as they have deactivated my account just because I returned two items... Nowhere does it say you can't return an item but if you do you'd be punished, everyone is entitled to return an item if its not suited.. All brand new with tags.. Ridiculous.

Still waiting on refund absolute disgrace to have wait so long have contacted on numerous occasions but getting no we’re at all will never purchase from this site again only sorry I didn’t review before I purchased

I ordered a dress and it doesn't come with the belt included. I have been trying to get in contact with someone to send it to me but the WhatsApp and messenger links are bringing me to Debenhams and they are saying they have no idea. Wouldn't order again

Awaiting a refund from an order I returned back on 30 th December. It’s now 3 rd March !!!
I have contacted several times & assured refund is being processed . Never again ordering with them . Not the first issue I’ve had with regards refunds

I purchased items several months ago totalling to just under €80, the quality was awful and the clothing cheap, so I refunded my items within the time limit.

To date they have not refunded my money, their customer service is appalling and I keep receiving the same responses telling me to “be patient” and that they are “investigating”. It does not take months for a refund to issue and Boohoo are refusing to provide the status of my refund.

I have since refused to give them any more business and have deleted the app, and am spreading the word so people don’t get scammed the same way I did.

I signed up to Boohoo Premier last December. At the time Premier was marketed as including free returns. Boohoo has since started charging a returns fee but never notified of this. I only found out about this when I did a return recently. I contacted customer service saying I should not have to pay the returns fee, however customer service are either incompetent or lie. I have a string of emails where customer service made various claims to "justify" the returns fee (including that returns were never free, which is completely wrong). They also tried to rely on that the T&Cs say they can change the terms when they want. However, the T&Cs also provide that members will be notified of any significant changes. They didn't abide by their own terms.

Next step is to complain to the consumer protection authorities and I urge everyone affected to do likewise.

Also, the easiest accessed returns portal doesn't work. It has never managed to find an order number for me, even when I click Start a Return on the order on Boohoo's website.
