I paid for a trole bag but they never passed the money to the company I was flying with witch cost me l to purchase a trole bag again in the airport..

Worst experience ever. 36 hours after booking - no tickets, no reply, no customer service, not answering emails, calls. Nothing. 0. Never, a mean NEVER buy anything from bookaflight.co.il unbelievable unprofessional scammers.

הזמנתי דרך סוכנות @Book a flight טיסה לדובאי של הספק @השטיח המעופף - Flying Carpet (ל-5/7). להפתעתי, קיבלתי הודעה שטיסת החזרה שלי הוקדמה ב-10.5 שעות! (מ-20:10 ל-09:35 בבוקר), מה שפוגע משמעותית בתכנון שלי.
במקום לספק שירות ראוי, שתי החברות משחקות איתי פינג-פונג: הסוכנות מפנה לספק, והספק זורק אותי חזרה לסוכנות (וגם @flydubai מתנערים). כשאני דורש לעבור לאחת מ-3 הטיסות החלופיות שקיימות באותו היום בדיוק (15:30, 16:35, 18:55), ה"פתרון" שלהן הוא להציע לי לבטל את הכרטיס – כשהן יודעות היטב שמחירי הטיסות בשוק כרגע כפולים.
בתור מי שכיהן כסמנכ"ל תפעול ומכירות במשך 26 שנים, אני מכיר היטב איך נראית שרשרת שירות תקינה ואיך לוקחים אחריות על מוצר. התנהלות כזו של התנערות מוחלטת כלפי הלקוח ודחיקתו לביטול שיעלה לו ביוקר, היא פשוט כשל שירותי ומסחרי.
אני מצפה מנציג בכיר של אחת החברות לגלות אחריות למוצר שמכרתם ולשבץ אותי לטיסה חלופית כפי שהחוק דורש, במקום לנסות להתיש אותי.

We are disappointed with this company. They cancelled the flight and have not refunded the money. We have been waiting for two and a half months!

strongly advise everyone to AVOID Book A Flight at all costs. They are essentially thieves with zero customer service. My flight was canceled, and by law, I am entitled to a 100% full refund.It is impossible to reach their customer service team. However, this company has stolen my money and completely disappeared.
I regret booking through them and will never do so again. Do yourself a favor and book directly with the airline or a reputable agency. Avoid at all costs.

Booked a ticket, then the next day, receive an email that my flight was cancelled. in order to receive the refund, you have to pay a 129 dollar fee, for a cancellation I didn't want or submit. It is holding my money ransom for a small fee. I wish i read trustpilot reviews before making my purchase.

Scammers. In order for you to choose a flight through them, they present a cheaper price than others, throughout the entire purchase process they do not inform you of the price of a suitcase and a trolley, even though I searched and searched for it to appear, to compare the final flight price,
and only at the very end of the purchase, $50 for a trolley appeared.
I will never purchase another flight from them.
When I contacted them by email, nothing helped.

רמאים. כדי שתבחרו בטיסה דרכם הם מציגים מחיר זול יותר מאחרים, בכל תהליך הרכישה הם לא מיידעים מה מחיר מזוודה וטרולי, למרות שחיפשתי וחיפשתי שיופיע, כדי להשוות את מחיר הטיסה הסופי,
ורק ממש בסוף הרכישה, הופיע 50$ לטרולי.
לעולם לא ארכוש מהם יותר טיסה.
כשפניתי במייל כלום לא עזר.

Garbage garbage garbage run away like from a fire

If using Skyscanner don't book using this agent. I bought a ticket to Prague and paid for 23kg luggage (for which we have a receipt and written confirmation). However, on arrival at the airport in Tel Aviv, the ground staff told me that there was no record of prepaid baggage on my booking. Despite presenting my documentation, I was required to pay again on order to check in my luggage. This left me with no choice, as refusal would have meant missing my flight. This is a clear service failure that resulted in an unjustified duplicate charge.

I booked the ticket.i pay for full .on website £565.after they took my money from my bank card.then after few hours call me i have to pay over £400 more,i said why:the Scammer name David said that money only for deposit.i said no way.i told him:why you not say that price on website are deposit.then I’m not agree & i want cancel my fly.but he’s said that if l not pay over £400 him not pay back my money.i have do go to report to police &Citizen advice.now I just waiting to take this Scam company to the Court.

horrible customer service. its Impossible to communicate with them I payed for flight cancellation insurance only to find out that it could only be applied on the entire journey. Im stuck without medication for my travel bcs they didnt send me an eticket (its been over a month since i ve ordered)

All seemed well until I decided to add a luggage to my reservation. There is no option to add luggage on their website and they wanted 110$ for a luggage that costs 45$.
Otherwise they told me i have to do it at the airport and pay the fines for doing it there!!!
They should be reported.
No customer service either. No phones no WhatsApp option… they only allow one message every 5 hours..
If you have alternatives - don’t use them. The headache is not worth it.

Si je pouvais mettre 0 etoile ,c' est ce que je mettrais . J'ai rajouter l'option d'annulation des billets en sachant bien evidement que je ne recevrai qu'un coupons . Meme ca , ils ont trouve une excuse pour ne pas me le donner .

Today I asked to receive my booking number, which was not provided to me properly. I got a bizarre response from a representative named Doron: “At worst – just check in at the counter at the airport.” Why should I contact them again? I’ll just book tickets with a company that doesn’t waste my time standing in lines at the counter and doesn’t give me such disrespectful answers.

אבל מסתבר שקשה להם להיפרד מכסף גם כשהוא לא שלהם
ומה שמקומם עוד יותר שהם חסמו אותי ואינני יכול להיכנס לאתר שלהם הם לא רוצים שאדרוש את כספי

When I asked them shortly before my flight why they didn't notify me that the time of my flight has been changed, they were not embarrassed, to reply that it's not their job to do so...

I will never use Book A Flight again.
They have no real customer service — only email.
You cannot change your flight by yourself — they do it for you, and you have no control.
They don’t answer the phone.
It’s a terrible experience.
Less than 24 hours before the flight, they charge $300 for cancellation and $150 or changes.
The customer service is absolutely awful.
