horrible service, we've been trying to get hold of the customer service since we can't change the number of luggedge we have and we can't enter our reservation details. no one is returnning to our emails. will never ever use this agency again!

I just booked a trip that unfortunately had to cancel (within 12hrs of book it). They are asking me to pay a fee in order to cancel despite I paid for free cancellation. What a scam! I tried contacting their customer service via phone and they keep hanging up! They only take calls for new bookings and when I say it is to cancel they literally hang up on me! This is ridiculous... Do not use this company to arrange your trips unless you want to lose money, time and energy!!

Very disappointing experience. The airline made a significant change to our flight and we were automatically reassigned to a flight that did not suit us. When we requested to move to another flight operated by the same airline, we were asked to pay a handling fee even though the change was not initiated by us. The responses we received were repetitive, and there was no genuine attempt to find a fair solution. Unfortunately, this was a very frustrating customer service experience.

מעניין אם הם קוראים את זה. בתאריך8.6.26 התבטלה טיסה שלנו מאתונה - 4 נוסעים. בשדה נאמר לנו שהטיסה הוקדמה ללילה שלפני. לא קיבלנו על כך הודעה. היה מביך מאד . ובמזל יכולנו לרכוש בשדה כרטיסים חדשים (שעלו יותר ממה ששילמנו לטיסות הלוך ושוב). מאז אני מנסה לקבל תשובות מהסוכנות, נענית ב"תשובות" הנחמדות שלהם שיחזרו אלי בהקדם. אבל, תכלס, עברו כבר 3 שבועות ולא הגיבו.

Our flight got canceled. We're reaching them over a month and a half because we want our money back and they're completely gone under the redar.

This agency is terrible when it comes to customer service, refunds for cancellations, and even their "flexible ticket" is not actually useful for anything except charging you more money.
The prices for additional services, such as checked baggage, are much higher than elsewhere, including the airline itself.
In short, I do not recommend using this agency. It's better to pay a little more and book elsewhere rather than give them your money.

Booked tickets with israir at almost 50% discount compared to the airline site.

It took around 2h until I got the reservation email which was a bit annoying and made me question if I just got scammed or not but besides that all was good.

The flight was delayed and last-minute sent a sms notifying me.

I would use the site again if the price difference would be large compared to the airline site.

הוספתי כרטיס גמיש + וביטוח ביטול בגלל המצב הביטחוני.
- הטיסה בוטלה ע״י חברת התעופה.
לא סופקה טיסה חלופית.
- הגיע החזר שממנו הורידו 350 ₪ עבור הביטוח שנרכש.
כשפניתי נאמר לי שאין החזר על הביטוח לאחר 14 יום ממועד הרכישה.
- אין מוקד טלפוני.
כל פנייה מתבצעת דרך צ’אט באתר ובוט שמעביר למייל.

מהצד שלי זה הרגיש ככה:
קונים “הגנה” > הטיסה מתבטלת > עדיין נשארים עם הפסד.

מהחוויה האישית שלי, רציתי לרכוש טיסה שמוגנת במקרה של ביטול - ובפועל הטיסה לא התקיימה, ועדיין נותרתי עם חיוב על ביטוחים.

המסקנה שלי:
ביטוח הוא מוצר שנחשב “נרכש ברגע ההנפקה”.
בהרבה פוליסות הוא לא תלוי בזה שהטיסה התקיימה בפועל.
ולכן הוא יכול להישאר “שירות שניתן” גם אם לא השתמשת בו בפועל.

בפועל, זה יוצר מצב שבו גם כשהטיסה מתבטלת, עדיין ייתכן שהביטוח ייחשב כמוצר שסופק לפי תנאי הרכישה - וייתכן הפסד כספי על רכיבים שנרכשו מתוך מטרה להיות מכוסים.

גרוע ביותר הכי גרוע שיש !!!
רכשתי כרטיס הלוך חזור גמיש הייתי חייבת לשנות את כרטיס החזור במשך שלושה ימים אף אחד לא ענה לי ועד היום חוץ מהבוט עם תשובות אוטומטיות . לא הצלחתי להגיע לטיסה ונאלצתי לקנות כרטיס חדש. עפ"הבנתי לאסט מינט הוא בבעלות חלקית שח ישראייר , יצרתי גם איתם קשר לשינוי אך לא הסכימו לתת שרות בטענה שלא רכשתי מהם .
תתרחקו השירות שלהם גרוע יודעים לגבות כסף וכשצריך אותם הם נעלמים!

I recently booked flights through this platform, but the return date processed in the system was completely incorrect, scheduled three weeks later than the explicitly requested date. This significant operational error requires immediate correction, yet the company has been entirely unresponsive.

The primary issue is the absolute lack of customer support and transparent communication. Over the past two weeks, I have submitted three detailed requests through their official channels without receiving a single response from a human representative. Their customer service operates exclusively via email, with no reachable phone number provided for immediate assistance. Furthermore, their automated chat system repeatedly promises that an agent will make contact, a promise that remains unfulfilled. Adding to the operational failures, the login portal for the personal account area does not function, preventing customers from managing their bookings despite using the correct credentials.

Contacting their parent company, Issta, also proved futile. After a prolonged wait, their representatives clarified that Issta is entirely detached from the customer service operations of lastminute.co.il and cannot offer any assistance. Customers are left in complete uncertainty regarding their travel arrangements and face the potential financial burden of purchasing replacement tickets from other providers. I strongly advise against using this platform due to the profound lack of accountability, system reliability, and basic customer service.

The worst service I ever had zero customer service! Do not order from them! Our tickets were not sent to us and when our flight was late we never got an update.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I booked a flight through them and 9 days later the airline notified that the original flight has been cancelled and they rebooked me on a different flight 24 hours later which crashed my plans.
The airline say that if I want to cancel I need to do it through the seller. However it's been 4.5 days that the seller ignores my emails! (of course there is no phone number).
I paid extra for some kind of VIP service that worth nothing. I also paid extra for an option to cancel the flight but it isn't eligible if it was the airline that made the cancellation so I'm stuck.
I will never book through them again!

In mid-March, I bought a ticket from London to Tel Aviv for March 29. Because of the war, the carrier (Israir) cancelled the flight and published a notice on their website stating that all customers whose flights had been cancelled would receive a full refund (or, optionally, a voucher worth 130% of the original ticket price).

The problem is that I was stupid enough to buy the ticket not directly from Israir, but from these scammers. First, nobody bothered to notify me about the cancellation, so I could have gone all the way to the airport only to find out that I wasn’t flying anywhere. Second, the multiple refund requests I submitted through the lastminute.co.il website were simply ignored.

So they basically pocketed my money. Frankly, I cannot find a logical explanation for why these people are not already serving prison sentences, given the number of similar reviews. They clearly belong there.

Stay Away!!! Our flight got cancelled because of the war, we did not cancel anything and they charged us cancelling fees mentioning that they are not part of the aviation law and more like an agency... SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Poor customer service. Rude people. I will never book through them. Alice has much better service.

No communication. Paid over 3000$ for tickets that were canceled. No refund, no reply. Scam
