Subo en el ascensor, tras venir de la playa, sobre las dos y media del medio día y al entrar en el piso donde estoy de vacaciones me veo la puerta abierta con un tío dentro que sale corriendo y gritando a voces y encima me llevo un empujón. Un tío que además de entrar en el piso nos roba. Me gano un ataque de pánico y ansiedad y tengo que interrumpir las vacaciones familiares, pues por supuesto tras lo ocurrido nos vamos del piso. Ahora vete a la comisaria a poner denuncia , espera unos días para que se te pase el susto vivido., quítate de la mente la cara del tío al abrirse el ascensor ( todavía no consigo hacerla desaparecer de mi mente)…. Y encima ni booking ni el dueño del piso nos pagan los daños ocasionados. De vergüenza no, sino lo siguiente, por eso no recomiendo a nadie que se aloje en este piso ni que haga gestiones con booking pues son unos irresponsables. Con que seguridad alquilo un piso por booking sabiendo que otras personas pueden tener copia de llave? Pues la puerta no estaba forzada por eso si abierta y no pudieron entrar por otro sitio porque era un tercero. Por favor insisto no hacer gestiones por booking ni por supuesto alquilar este piso donde el dueño no tiene vergüenza alguna

Reservé un vuelo a inicios de 2025. La aerolinea canceló mi vuelo y 7 meses después sigo esperando. El servicio al cliente es espantoso, decenas de personas de la India como Apurva R, Shamanta, Pria, etc etc no solucionan nada. Iberojet no procesa el reembolso pues afirma que el equipo de booking no hace su trabajo.

I had a terrible experience with a Booking.com partner hotel: Impressive Premium Punta Cana. I was abused by hotel staff, charged for things I never used, and even forced to leave the hotel before the end of my stay — with my family.
I contacted Booking.com multiple times, with evidence and full details. They never replied, only sending automated responses with no solution.
This is not how customers should be treated. I expected support and accountability.
Extremely disappointed. I do not feel safe booking through this platform anymore.

Booking.com Ruined Our Long Awaited Anniversary Trip to Paris
In the autumn of 2024 my husband and I decided to plan our 57th wedding anniversary in Paris. We logged on to Booking.com website and believed a description of a "warm cozy apartment" for rent in the 4th arrondisement for $9430. We saved our money and were even more pleased when we received notice the apartment would be BNBNOVA in Marais. However, the apartment we thought we were renting was NOT the one we were directed to. Firstly, there were 63 steps up..we are in our eighties. Upon arrival there was a broken toilet seat, no toilet paper or soap, large crack in ceiling, no luggage racks, no towel racks, sheets were piled on top of sofa, broken bed leg, and it got worse- loud noise all night, dead animal in entry way, which i understand cannot be corrected by Booking. But they can be honest and not deceive travelers into believing they are renting one apartment and directed to another. This deception voids the contract. I had to leave after 14 days due to health concerns and an inability to navigate the 63 steps. As a long standing renter using Booking I think one half of my deposit should be refunded but they are not in agreement citing a no refund policy. Such a deceptive tactic! Not at all what a company should be if in the hospitality business. Just dishonest!!

Banditer och skurkar , bokade en hotelvistelse på urban deli i början på året , betalade med klarna genom booking. De dubbelfakturerade mig genom klarna fast och har kontaktat båda bolagen samt hotellet jag bokade typ 10ggr var. Booking skickade fakturan och har nästan ett år senare inte betalat tillbaka fast jag har mejlat hotellet som bekräftat till dem att jag har bara bokat 1 rum detta år. 2488kr har de lurat mig på.
Hoppas att karma gör att de går i konkurs , men de lär det ju inte göra när deras kunder behöver betala dubbelt.

J’ai réservé une voiture pour Madère via Booking.com, mais toutes les informations pratiques (confirmation, contact, conditions, etc.) m’ont été envoyées par Avis. Il me semblait donc tout à fait logique de prévenir Avis directement lorsqu’un événement imprévu est survenu.
👉 Mon vol a été annulé à cause de vents violents : impossible d’atterrir à Funchal.
👉 Dès le lendemain, j’écris à Avis pour prévenir et demander un report de la location.
👉 Aucune réponse.
👉 48h plus tard, je relance : Avis me renvoie vers Booking qui m’apprend qu’il fallait annuler sous 24h. Et me renvoie vers Avis.
👉 Puis relance d'Avis et surprise : le véhicule a été reloué entre-temps, alors que nous avons pu replanifier notre vol 5 jours plus tard.
J’ai donc payé une voiture que je n'aurai pas, qui a été remise en circulation, sans aucun remboursement ni geste commercial. Le comble ? Avis me dit que c’est à Booking de gérer. Booking me renvoie à Avis. Résultat : aucun responsable, aucun service, aucun recours.
🔴 C’est inacceptable.
– Manque de clarté dans les rôles respectifs de Booking et Avis.
– Zéro écoute client, même en cas de force majeure.
– Double facturation abusive (la voiture a été relouée, donc pas de perte pour eux).
Booking se dit agence de voyage mais ne gère pas les situations de ce type!!!
Nous avons du relouer un autre véhicule pour être sûrs d'en avoir un à notre arrivée jeudi 10 juillet 2025.
Comment être remboursé pour le véhicule initialement réservé?

Avec l'hôtel, nous avons prévu d'annuler les deux derniers jours. Impossible de le faire sur le site et l'hôtel semble bloqué. Impossible de trouver un moyen d'envoyer une question à booking sur leur site on tourne en rond. Jusqu'à présent on pouvait les contacter maintenant fini ou sans doute très caché dans le site. Je ne recommande plus ce site et je vais de moins en moins les utiliser.
Two weeks, no refund - Booking.com protects the host, not the guest
I made a reservation via Booking.com for an apartment that turned out to be completely misrepresented. The listing (“Non Passable Rooms”) gave no indication that it was a shared space. We only realized this in the middle of the night, after returning from a concert and hearing a man snoring. We found personal belongings in the common area that did not belong to us , someone else was staying in the apartment without our knowledge. Also, we left all of our things in this apartment (not locked) without knowing the fact someone will be there. (When we first came during the day no one was there)
The host was unprofessional and dismissive. The place was also dirty (dust, hair, unclean bathroom - I have photo evidence). We booked a room with a balcony and didn’t get one. The host told us we probably didn't saw it because we came late (?)
When I contacted Booking.com, they apologised and told me they contacted the host on June 4. But today is June 14th - and because the host never replied, Booking says they “can’t help me”.
Also, they told me that i can contact the host myself. The same host who made us leave apartment in the middle of the night. The same host who was actually the reason of my fear that night, and because of which we, exhausted after the concert, had to drive 5 hours back to Germany.
Meanwhile, the host continues to use Booking.com and rent out the apartment with no consequences. Booking offered me a 15-euro ‘gesture of goodwill’, and in my email it was written as "reward" (for what?) which is frankly insulting compared to the full amount I paid and the level of service I received - or rather, didn’t receive.
I have now contacted the European Consumer Centre. I’m writing this here because customers deserve to know how Booking.com treats its users: they protect hosts, not guests - even when the host ignores them for over 10 days. Completely unacceptable.

Rezervovali jsme si ubytování přes Booking.com, ale při příjezdu nás překvapilo, že nebylo možné kontaktovat provozovatele objektu – telefonní číslo neodpovídalo a na e-maily nikdo nereagoval. Stáli jsme tak na místě bez střechy nad hlavou.
Zákaznická podpora Booking.com:
Po zjištění problému jsme se snažili získat pomoc přes jejich zákaznickou linku. Volali jsme z naší domácí sítě a utratili zbytečné peníze za mezinárodní hovor, protože na linku nešlo zadat číslo rezervace ani přepojit na konkrétní oddělení. Navíc jsme vůbec nedostali žádnou zpětnou vazbu ani doporučení alternativního řešení.
Co se pokazilo:
Nedostupný hostitel: nezodpovědné jednání ze strany ubytovatele.
Neúčinná podpora: Booking.com nevyřešil problém, neodpověděl ani po opakovaných výzvách.
Finanční ztráta: platili jsme za hovor a ubytování, které jsme nenavštívili.
Varování pro ostatní:
Rezervace přes Booking.com mohou skončit tak, že zůstanete bez ubytování i podpory. Systém umožňuje nabízet nabídky, které nejsou vůbec ověřené, a poskytovatelé mohou podvádět hosty bez jakéhokoli postihu.

Es una estafa, ellos solo se llevan la comisión como intermediarios que son pero si tienes algún problema en tu estancia se lavan las manos y no te ayudan nada. A mí desafortunadamente me paso en un continente distinto y fue la peor experiencia de viaje que he tenido… No solo no me compensaron por tener que buscar otro alojamiento sobre la marcha sino que ni siquiera me devolvieron el dinero de la reserva que hice con ellos. Os aconsejo ir directamente al hotel para reservar o utilizar otro portal de reservas.

They are poor at answering the calls and service much to be desired. don't know how they can advertise how good they are onTV. they cannot get this correct. stranded at midnight in a strange place seems to be their speciality.leaving travelers stranded should be their payoff line

He recibido un mensaje fraudulento con…
He recibido un mensaje fraudulento con remitente de Booking, solicitando el pago de una reserva que tenía pendiente de abonar, con datos y formato idénticos a los de Booking.
Como estaba esperando dicho requerimiento, efectué el pago con la tarjeta Carrefour en el enlace del falso mensaje.
Informé de ese pago a Booking, y me informan que están circulando esos falsos mensajes, y que el pago lo he hecho a una web farsante.
Por considerar que ese mensaje fraudulento es debido un fallo de seguridad de Booking, solicité el reembolso, a lo que accedieron solicitándome el justificante del gasto de la tarjeta, y el extracto bancario.
Una vez enviado me solicitan un certificado de la entidad financiera.
Luego piden documento oficial en pdf, donde se aprecien los datos sobre la transacción realizada, específicamente cargo total y entidad que hizo el cobro.
Luego informe de Servicios financieros Carrefour en el que informa que no es posible anular el importe reclamado.
Después de varias llamadas y mensajes me van diciendo que me van a abonar el gasto, pero me siguen solicitando lo mismo en otros formatos.
He llamado 15 veces, varias cuelgan el teléfono, otras dicen que espere unas horas, otras en unos días me reembolsan, otras me piden mas documentos.
La última solicitan "Carta de inicio de disputa con el banco o entidad, donde se especifique que ya sea dieron una resolución con la negación de los cargos o la resolución que ellos emitan con respecto al monto"
Cada vez que llamo, siguen dando excusas absurdas.

117E Block, listed as relaxing Accommodation for 4 person. Accommodation was very poor quality lacking basic essential, 3 cups, plates, and cutlery for 4 people, toilet oder over powering, missing flush buttom, there a keyring and chain, a large number of trip and fall hazards, months of refuge piled up in the garden, plus vermin darting back and forth. Tiled area around sink, broken and missing, Inital Images of the property is of the property next door, untreated private pool shared with neighbours and public. Sofas in a poor state, plus movable stone garden furniture. One good wildlife is excellent.

Mi hanno cancellato una prenotazione in cui c'era scritto che si paga in struttura dicendo che la carta di credito non era valida (dato falso) ho cambiato la carta di credito e anche quella dicevano che non andava bene, mentre per l'acquisto di altri servizi (assicurazione sempre di booking) non dava problemi...La carta infatti non ha alcun problema. La prenotazione è a ridosso della partenza per cui mi hanno danneggiato alla grande. L'assistenza finta ha detto che vedeva rimediava e invece non ha fatto nulla. Se il pagamento è in struttura non si può addurre che la carta non funziona perchè la stessa è data solo in garanzia e comunque ripeto era perfettamente funzionante. Mai più con booking

This was the worst experience ever. They kept saying that the refund was on its way for months, then threatened to withhold the refund when we submitted a claim with our bank, and eventually completely ghosted us.
Do not book with Priceline, Agoda, Rentalcars.com, KAYAK, and OpenTable, they are all own by the same booking company that is a completely scam.

I had a booking that was cancelled automatically by the system due to a glitch when making a date change for an upcoming booking. The property accepted but the booking was cancelled automatically, the Hotel confirmed they did not cancel anything.
I called the support and the support person said it was due to a glitch, it got cancelled automatically and I should get my money back. NO CONFIRMATION WAS SENT TO ME AT ALL. I was told to check the mobile application as I would get there an update and nothing came of it.
I called them again and the collaborator said I WOULD NOT GET MY MONEY BACK AS THE PAYMENT DID NOT GO THROUGH. I asked for confirmation, none was sent to me, he turned off the phone in my face and DID NOT HELP.
This is not the first time I experience horrible support as booking.com left me stranded with a fake booking before, so I didn't expect much from them.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK I DID NOT CANCEL ANYTHING.
On top of this it's next to impossible to find an email to reach out to them in writing and all you get is USELESS support people. Even chatbots are more useful than these people.
HORRIBLE SERVICE I would give 0 stars if it were possible.
