Contents of my order was broken and spilled. I sent pictures and had disposed of the item because hair gel was everywhere. And I was told I needed to bring the mess back to a store for a refund. Pictures wouldn't suffice. This was impractical and not helpful

I ordered 3 packs of maxi maternity…
I ordered 3 packs of maxi maternity pads for my hospital bag and was given 3 packs of breast pads which I don’t need even one pack of. I also ordered a Bluey bubble bath by child’s farm and was given a shampoo/body wash instead.
Fine about the wash but I cannot understand how someone can think breast pads are a good substitute for actual maternity pads.
It’s highly inconvenient as I now have to go into a boots store heavily pregnant when there isn’t one near me and try to exchange the breast pads. And my hospital bag can’t be packed without it.
