Quick delivery with a toughtfull meaning.Postman left my parcel in an empty green bin and pushed bin nearby entrance door so I was grateful I no have to collect it from collecting point!

I have had to write a second review…
I have had to write a second review because boots customer service now say that my order from 12 days ago is still showing as pending even though my bank shows it as processed. They also say that it takes 3 to 5 days for the refund to go through. Its now a week over that. No products no refund and the worst customer service I have ever come across.

Hmmm now I’m not sure what I’m reviewing here because I made too many orders from Boots! I’m always ordering from Boots, more so because of the points first and foremost, then the amount of products you can buy they have nearly everything online! Plus my birthday is this time of the year so I always get myself the xmas gifts more value for money like the K Beauty Calendar! Love it will buy another one! Anyway ya I love Boots :)

Excellent Service
Ordered three items online but only received two. Phoned Boots and was quickly connected to an actual human. Employee was polite, efficient and told me i would get a refund for the missing item. Received refund within s couple of days. Very pleased with handling of my complaint.

Their pharmacist cancelled my order
Their pharmacist cancelled my order. I got not follow up and no reply to my 3 e mails regarding a refund.No answer to mt 4 telephone calls .
Appalling customer service
Finally someone got back to me through Trustpilot asking me to do what I have been attempting to do for 5 days now .I have once again submitted my complaint in full. 5 e mails and 25 minutes waiting unsuccessfully on phone.
Boots Customer Care to my mind is ineffectual
I remain 30 € out of pocket and would advise not using their online purchase system

Generic Brand
I asked for a particular cold and flu type medicine. the pharmacist advised me that there was a generic brand available at a lesser cost, but both had the same ingredients. It helped me save some money

Online order that is still not resolved.
Placed an order that was expected the following Tuesday. As of today, still no order. Repeated emails have been sent that receive a standard reply. You cannot speak with a representative and end up in a permanent loop with no answers. Really regret ordering from Boots and would not buy from them again, online or in the shop.
After this review you can see Boots reply and the link takes you into the exact same loop as before. There is no way to speak with a representative. So again, I advise against purchasing online from Boots. Additional update 19 Oct, the item has just arrived and it is the wrong colour of toothbrush.
