Boulies 

On opening the box containing the Boulies Master Max chair, the quality of the product is immediately obvious. The black aluminium wheel base is a strong, but light casting and gives an excellent first impression. The rest of the chair parts are equally impressive and well made, even the screws! I was able to assemble the chair fairly easily in about an hour although I'm 80, and following the instructions is very straightforward.
Now that it's built I find it very comfortable, if a little firm, but that's a good thing, and it will probably soften up a little with use. The cloth covering is smart and suits my budget better than the leather that I had originally considered.
I'm really glad I bought this chair as it is vastly better than ones I have had in the past, and the 24 month warranty is reassuring. The chair is worth every penny and I'm sure it will last for many years. It's a real investment in comfort!

The backrest of the chair was a little wrinkled, they explained the problem in detail and sent me a new replacement backrest. Happy with the result.

The chair has arrived, and thanks for all the help from the support team. DPD kept claiming that it had missed me, but I did keep waiting for a chair at home. The support was very patient and they kept confirming the location of the package with DPD. Now that I have assembled the chair, it is very comfortable.

Last year, I purchased my daughter a chair in Boulies for Christmas. The chair was very comfy for my wife too. So I purchased other one as a birthday gift for her. Delivery went quickly.

This is the second chair purchase from Boulies, and I've got to say, they're outdone themselves again. The colour selection is excellent, the price is reasonable. Could not be happier with my purchase!

My first chair arrived with a cracked plastic cover, but their customer service was top-notch and quickly sent a replacement part. With the shift to working from home this year, I bought another chair and was happy to see it delivered in perfect condition.

Chair arrived damaged, contacted support and they sent out replacement parts same day without any hassle. Great customer service and great quality chairs.

Bought the Boulies EP400 however had to return as it was not comfortable. The quality of the chair was good although the lumbar support was too low and it can't be adjusted. I put this down to the chair not being suitable for tall people. I'm 6 foot 2, so should be able to fit in the chair according to their measurment guide however I've since found a chair with longer seat depth and adjustable lumbar support which is much better. No problems with customer service however.

I bought a Boulies EP400. Initially the chair was reasonably comfortable. I use it around 9 hours a day.
However lately, after 5 months, I have noticed my legs are getting sore behind the knees and no amount of adjustment helps. The mesh has gone slack.
I have contacted the help centre and was initially promised a gel cushion, and not a replacement seat. I have since queried this under the two year warranty. I was then told that I replacement seat and cushion would be sent but the tracking number given is not working. Again I am asked to be patient.
I am not sure how this two-year warranty works if this is the service i have received.

I received the replacement seat, but it arrived with a hole in it. I was also promised a gel cushion, but this never arrived either.
It seems that the 2 year warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on.

I initially had a bad experince tring to claim warrenty for my chair. However, upon reaching out to the team they did understand the problems and were happy to give me a replacement. Recived my new chair today and I'm really happy with the service I have recieved.

This new chair is significantly more comfortable and easier to assemble than my old chair. Happy with this purchase.

I love the firm seat cushion and the large width of the seat. It's really comfy, and I really appreciate advice that support gave!

The chair is larger that I anticipated, so I contacted customer service. They made new arrangements right away. I can now use the chair without any problems. Comfortable chairs and excellent service!

I received emails from the time my order was paid to shipping, which gave me peace of mind. When I enquired where the chair was, I received a detailed response from the excellent customer service.

Simple assembly and prompt delivery. I bought the chair using a discount code, it's very comfortable to sit on and a great deal.

The delivery was fast, and I got it in two days. The product is okay, however the box shows signs of wear. It's incredibly simple to adjust the tilt angles and height.
