Disappointed
The initial delivery for my project, ordered on line, was perfect. However, I went back on line to order the rest of the materials a week later (now the base is down and ready) to be informed that they are only accepting orders from trade customers from now on so my project is now not able to be completed. I will now have to spend my next £1000 elsewhere if they don't want my money. This is a shame because I have been a regular user of this branch and they are normally very helpful. Very disappointing as I only live a few hundred yards away and do not have the capacity to collect the larger items.

Excellent communication about delivery, goods arrived early and a phone call from the driver meant it was left securely without blocking entrance to our property. Good work.
