Excellent service and great product...
I ordered fencing via the Bradfords website in Bridgwater. The process was simple and efficient. Delivery was made the following morning. The staff were friendly and professional. Communication was excellent.The product was very good quality.I would highly recommend.

Service at it's best.
Ordering online for click and collect was extremely straightforward. The experience just improved when we went to the store in Bridgewater to collect our goods.
The gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful, polite and professional.

Terrible customer service
Bridgwater store.
Went in for paint samples, whilst serving me at the paint mixing machine the chap was more interested in another customer who he clearly knew so just left me to go and see to him. I wasn't impressed but needed these samples so I waited for him to return which he eventually did, I asked him for a price which he went to the tills to find out only to hear him ringing up this other customer and abandoning me completely! As I walked up up the till to tell him I was leaving he shouted at the other staff to help out serving where they argued amongst themselves about being on the phone/otherwise busy.
This may be a builders merchant but I still expect basic customer service and politeness of which I received neither
