Review for Matt Jones
I had a delivery today from Bradfords Avonmouth, and I would like to recognise the excellent service provided by your driver, Matt Jones.
I had taken the day off work to make sure somebody was available to assist with the delivery. As I am planning to order more materials, I asked Matt whether future orders could be left safely on my driveway so that I would not need to take time off for every delivery. He explained exactly what note I should add to my future orders, which was extremely helpful and gave me confidence that future deliveries can be completed without any worries.
A 5-litre container of plasticiser was also missing from the order. Matt explained that he lives nearby and kindly offered to bring it to me personally after finishing work.
Matt was professional, helpful and calm throughout the delivery. His attitude and willingness to help went beyond what I expected and reflected very well on Bradfords. Please pass on my thanks and recognition to him.

A good service from order to collection.
Order process straight forward. Good communication after making the order by SMS. Quickly acknowledged and advised of click and collect status. Item easily located for collection on arrival.

Fantastic team, fantastic service
I've used Bradfords a few times now and I was one of those really annoying customers today that turned up just before close, luckily they was not that busy at the time. But what a service they always provide , guys in there are like a little family very helpful very polite I just could not fault the team what's so ever lovely people and a pleasure to do business with would use again with out fail and would highly recommend.
I think probably the best service I have received from a builders merchant and good quality timer also.

Very happy with website, delivery, pricing and timber. Ordering was clear, a phone call from them arranged delivery and the delivery itself great, very helpful guy got 2 pallettes into slightly tricky spot with skill. Good timber, no warping, created a great fence. Recommended
