Click and collect worked well with follow up phone call to agree timing. Wpykd have been even better if invoice had been digital negating need to go into shop.

I required an item that unfortunately…
I required an item that unfortunately was not available at my local branch. Searching online, I discovered that I was able to purchase it from another nearby branch at Dawlish. The Manager, Mr Adam Mathews was extremely helpful, and confirmed that it would be ready for collection for me when needed.

Taking covid -19 precautions to stupid…
Taking covid -19 precautions to stupid level. Needed a £1.50 bucket. Picked it up as I followed the arrows in the shop. Placed the money on the counter under the plastic screen. Up pops a moron and spouts not doing cash. Then tries to pay with card and same moron spouts can't take business cards. So what's the point in being open, furlough the moron and shut the gates.
