Great assistance from Chris Baker in the Dorchester office and the two delivery drivers who managed to place the products over my garden wall which saved me lots of leg work!! Top service as always!

Wood was of good quality and mostly free from knots. Low stock levels prevented us from ordering more but this is apparently a nationwide problem with building supplies at the moment.

Ordered sleepers at the end of March. We were called to explain due to shortages delivery would be delayed until mid April which we accepted. Mid April came and went with no further update. Called to get an update to be told they were unsure of when to expect. Another week passed and no further communication. Tried calling again during open hours to get no answer on multiple times. Another week passed and still no communication. Finally managed to get hold of the office to be told delivery had been attempted the day before but due to me not answering call as in a meeting they did not deliver. My wife was in all day and the drive way was empty. However was told that there was no drive by the delivery driver. No attempt to knock the front door and speak to my wife was made. After a few Moaning phone calls they were finally delivered. Very poor customer service where we were made to feel we were impatient after waiting over a month.

Some of the things I wanted were out of stock but a very clued-up young lady in the Dorchester depot sorted out alternatives with me.
Deliver was on time, friendly and efficient.
Competitve prices.
Overall, very happy.

I recently ordered some timber to built a garden gate at the the same time I ordered a latch set. The time bet arrived as promised and is very good quality.
I am disappointed that the latch set has not yet been delivered.

Ordered online, local Bradfords store phoned me the next day and arranged delivery date. Confirmed delivery with text.
All very straightforward and smooth.
