Not an impressive performance
Not an impressive performance. First the assistant charged for the wrong goods despite being told precisely what was needed. That then needed a refund of part of the charge. Second the delivery was scheduled for the Friday but failed to arrived, no message. Having phoned the company I was assured the delivery would be Monday morning. Again no message.Another phone call and was told Monday afternoon and at last a message and delivery.
Does not instil me with confidence to use you again nor to reccomend to others.

Daikin heat pump experience
We via our plumber were supplied with a Daikin air source heat pump after a visit to bradfords show room.
Installed October 25.
All fitted by our guy, Daikin sent out guy to commission unit, he duly did and said he would register it.
He did not and we are informed he has left company, subsequently our plumber has registered unit and once again informed Bradfords that we need some warranty work doing since commissioned disinfectant cycle never worked and no internet connection to set system up for efficiency.
Not impressed here, maybe before onset of winter we will have a correctly working unit!!!!
Would suggest folk think twice before installing a heat pump.
An update will be posted if warranted.

We have now checked with our plumber, he also has not been contacted by Bradfords so the reply to our post is a lot of nonsense, will post update Monday if nothing resolved by then.
Bradfords about as much use as a chocolate teapot pot, Daikin local rep has got involved so hopefully sorted soon.

Super speedy service…
Ordered some guttering from Bradfords in the morning, it was delivered to me the same day after lunch. No missing parts of the order. Delivery driver was actually waiting for me as we were in town and I was not expecting it to be delivered so quickly. John the driver informed me that the branch was experiencing a quiet period. I wouldn’t expect to receive this level of service every time, nonetheless I was very impressed and John is a nice chap who is friendly and respectful. I had to return a couple of items from the order as I did not need them in the end and the refund process was no fuss.

Excellent customer service at Honiton Bradfords
we had ordered wood lengths and couldnt get them in the car - a very professional young man stepped in and cut them to size very expertly and loaded our car up for us - real customer service and a real gem for Bradfords Honiton
