Great Service
In general, the service was great although on the second delivery I had to phone up to find out where it was and was told that due to a driver shortage, it would be delivered the next day. It wasn't a problem, I just needed to know, that's all.

Good service
Good service, Depot had all I needed for job as well as being competitively priced. Would have liked a notice of delivery date particularly as I had opened an account after ordering. Kept getting message saying “account details being updated” which it didn’t. Fortunately, I was on site when goods arrived so all good in the end.

Ordered decking not banana
Brought new decking for my garden . Delivery was fast and that but as soon as we started to fit the new decking we came up against the problem of the decking boards been bowed from about 20-30mm which ment it took twice as long to fit . Unfortunately we fitted it on a sunday other wise I would of returned it all for a refund . Had to fit it in the end to make it safe for a child it ment 2 people forcing it straight while someone else screws it in .
Emailed mentioned this but no reply back or anything.
Just a general reply would of been nice but nothing

Initially out of stock. However soon arrived and delivery arranged. Quick service but arrived an hour later than suggested. No problem though , friendly driver and delivered where requested.

Dealt with our local Plympton Store, staff were very helpful from start to finish. Corrected an error in our delivery first thing next day and before landscapers due to start work, as requested

We were called on Monday morning to say…
We were called on Monday morning to say our click and collect order was ready to collect. After travelling several miles to the Plympton branch we were told that although we had ordered 4 fence panels they only had 3 fence panels, and 2 of those were broken. If our goods had been checked before we were called it would have saved us a wasted journey.
