The service was excellent, we placed our order online and the next day someone rang to confirm they would deliver the following day and they did!! We couldn’t have asked for more

Paid for my ordered materials on the 25th May 2020 and then I was contacted on the 2nd June 2020 to be informed my delivery will be arriving 15th June 2020.
Why would Bradfords take funds from my account when the product I required appeared to be a stock item when ordered, only to be told Bradfords were awaiting delivery of fresh stock.
The delay of many items is understandable, in view of the pandemic we are all living through, I understand.
I would consider a more professional approach to customer liaison would be to explain the delay and suggest the payment to be delayed accordingly. Explain if necessary that a securing deposit is required at point of sale and the balance will be required before delivery.

I cannot rate you for a purchase that I have not yet received !

Ordered a trellis fencing panel about three weeks ago. Chased up last Saturday to be told that this was not held at Pool but St Austell had stock and someone would call me back Monday. Called back Tuesday to be told that this was a non stick item with a four week lead time. Cancelled order!!!

Had to wait a little time for stock to come in, but totally understandable because only just opened after lock down. But delivered first thing on the day they said they would.

Ordered sleepers and timber online 12th may. Recieved a phone call from local store saying it would be delivered on 22nd May. 22nd came but no delivery so called local store that day only for them to say it wasn't in stock!?!?
Staff said they would try and get hold of neighbouring store and call me back. Didn't hear anything back. Called three more times only to get told they were still trying to get hold of neighbouring store in Penzance???
After hearing no updates we contacted the other store ourselves the next day. Still not received our goods. Poor to say the least... Project on hold and could have been finished if products were delivered when originally stated. Very disappointed.
Hoping products may come soon????!!!

Great company to deal with. Very helpful and great quality products. Very helpful delivery driver also.

No contact whatsoever over two weeks since ordering online as a longstanding account customer. Online chat promised to sort that five days ago and still no contact. Whilst I appreciate we're in difficult times, this is nevertheless very poor given the online ordering service is on offer.

The only bad comment I would say is I’m not being told when materials our ready to pick up unless I follow up with a phone call a day after iv ordered materials but other then that there ready and when iv picked up I havnt waited long so it’s all understanding really so no problems really

have been a trade customer for lots of years and never had reason to complain.

I ordered online and got a phone call later that day to confirm I still wanted to place the order as it would be delayed for about a fortnight. I was still happy to place the order. They rang a few days before the delivery date and asked if I was able to receive that day which I was.
Very difficult to get hold of building materials in these COVID times but they kept the prices the same and and the service and delivery was excellent.

Excellent Service from start to finish from Jack Hunter in Redruth on product knowledge, product stock and availability, speed of delivery and price. The man to use for all Building Supplies!
