Delivery arrived on time. Driver friendly. Was able to put large bags of soil into myback garden. Missing telephone wires. So made it a lot easier for me to empty them.

I am saddened to see that you have had a poor experience with us due to the product requested not being available and the delay in the refund.
I apologise greatly for these issues and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Arses and elbows
I have left over products and rang to ask if I could exchange them for other needed goods. I was told on the phone that there would be no issues, I therefore travelled with the goods to the store to be made to wait and eventually told it was not possible and I would have to pay with no refund or exchange.
