Lasting Mood Improvements and Feelings of Wellness
Brain FM is one of the only apps that has not only fulfilled its claims but has exceeded my expectations.
I'm on day three of using it, and I'm discovering benefits that weren't even advertised, such as improving my mood, not only when I'm using the app, but even for hours after turning it off!
As a researcher myself, I've read up on the science behind Brain FM, and it's solid. I suspect the effects are long-lasting because sound impulses train my brain over time by creating durable neural pathways that mimic the moods reflected in the music, so that when the music is switched off, those pathways still remain.
What's more, I've struggled with depression due to complex trauma for many years, and I can attest that this app is as effective for me as long-term hypnosis therapy, more effective than CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy), and has had more immediate and perceptible effects than anti-depressant medication with zero side-effects!
I really feel like this app gives me the power to reprogram my brain for wellness, and that, in a lasting manner. I've found a way to hack my brain!

I'm not sure with this one
I'm not sure with this one. I have not really read any of the scientific proof they provided or the data backing their claims but they seem succesful, so I thought there must be a reason for it. I am trying to incorporate brain.fm into my daily life. On my way to work, during work, when showering or when trying to fall asleep / sleeping.
The App needing Credit card info to be paid kinda stinks. But I got around it downloading the App and using Google to pay for it. Without that Option I propably would never have paid for this...
So far I cannot say I have felt a Real difference in anything. Maybe it doesn't work for everyone? Maybe its User error? Maybe it does work and I just don't notice... anyways I will continue using the App until my subscription ends and see.

Deceptive patterns on annual renewals
I've not used BrainFM for months, disappointed that there is no notification about an upcoming annual renewal like so many other services send. Several other deceptive patterns on their site like not being able to remove payment details, only add an alternative.

It's spectacular. I've been using it for about a year on my Mac. I had a subscription, I let it lapse, and then realized how much I miss Brain.fm. I'm a software engineer, and their tunes help me stay in the zone and improve my mood. Thanks!

I noticed that I tend to struggle with focus and productivity, especially when I have a lot of free time. This app has really helped me maintain consistent focus when I'm working on a task. I've been able to do a solid 30 mins straight of work without a distraction. I'm really grateful for this app.

Brain.fm is great
Brain.fm has helped me so much. I love this site, whenever I have a lot of things to do, I usually procrastinate incredibly and end up not doing my work, or using AI, but with brain.fm, I'm able to focus for long periods of time and do what needs to be done. Obviously I think it's very well worth the price, and even if you find it expensive, they have a free trial so you can see if the effects work for you. 5/5, recommend for students, writers, and anyone else.

This has helped me focus, probably the best focus app on the market. You have bunch of tracks and different levels of them as well depending on if you are doing deep work or learning etc.

One off purchase surely
I've only just seen this for the first time and am trying to access the legitimacy of it. I thought it was a one off 39 dollar payment for the cd, etc., and that was it. Brain.fm is a digital subscription service that provides focus music through our app and website - we don't sell physical CDs or one-time purchases for $39. Our service operates on a subscription model (monthly or yearly) that gives you continuous access to our full library of focus music.
It seems possible you might have confused us with another product. If you did sign up for Brain.fm and have questions about your subscription or would like help canceling, please contact our support team at support@brain.fm and we'll be happy to assist you.
Looks like a scam site
If you really have a service worth a monthly subscription, then allow new users to try it out for atleast 30 days without having to provide any payment methods.
When you read about users having difficulty unsubscribing again and you are met with requirement of providing card details, it sounds like a scam site.
Only trial option triggers a yearly subscription after 14 days, no option for trial and then monthly.

Why are Reviews so Low? This app has litterily been my life
I have absolutely no idea why the reviews are so low on this and people saying it doesn't work. This app is literally like the holy Grail but even better. Their music is so so good, countless amazing soundtracks that actually keep you focused for long period of time. This app changed my life. If you don't think this app works, I'm sorry you just don't get it. This is like my secret weapon of productivity. I'm not even kidding. I seriously don't know what my future would've been like had I not found brain.FM over two years ago. Ive literally use it every single day for the last two years. Bro, in fact, these people should literally log into my account and double the payment of my subscription because I will happily pay them for the amount of time and output that I have gain from them it's ridiculous. Seriously brain.fm I love you guys so much. If your on the fence, let me put it at this. If you are my competition, be very afriad. Because I have brain.FM, and you don't.

Way over hyped
Read and heard all the marketing hype. I was a little suspicious when I saw only top reviews on some sites and practically all positive comments on YouTube so I took the free trial and was very disappointed. I don't see what all the fuss is about. I didn't experience the purported effects. Hype and marketing leveraged probably off some short term placebo effect.

Email Spam, can't unsubscribe
I was considering giving it a go but they wanted credit card details a little prematurely ... Big red flag so I didn't continue. Now they spam me with emails (every few days) from which I there is no way to unsubscribe.

Free trial with strings
The typical free trial where you have to provide payment details. If your product is so good, give me the trial without strings... I clicked on the how to cancel link, maybe the answer was in there, but in a sea of other stuff. Stand by your product! I didn't bother trying it for the reason above.
Update - After declining, I did get a free trial, they could have offered this first.

Great range of music and easier to get into flow
It makes me as a copywriter and marketer get into flow and focus much faster. I can type many hours without realizing it. They also give you new sounds and songs every now and then (it shows as "new" next to the song). I really like the range of music and it is not very costly when you subscribe to the yearly option.
Definitely recommend. I realize they might be scummy/scammy during the free subscription, but that doesnt really scare me off. I love the concept and feel like they do their best for their customers :-)
