Very smooth. Test kits arrived in 2 days, appointment was on time and very easy to follow. Shout out to our nurse o the call, Merilene Mohamed - not only was she super clear walking us through the test but she was fun to talk to and stayed on the call to confirm receipt of test certificates. We had an email issue and they didn't come through during the call, but Merilene called us and emailed several times throughout the morning to ensure we had what we needed (they came though 30 min after the call). Great service! Would absolutely use again.

The whole process from beginning to end was efficient and professional. Always adequate information and guidance via multiple emails. The registration process was straightforward. The supervised test occurred exactly as scheduled and the representative (Mala) was friendly, professional, efficient, thorough and a delight to do the test with. She always seemed interested in us and engaged with us completely. Every detail was checked and rechecked. The entire testing from beginning to end was under her careful scrutiny so other organisations can certainly depend on the reliability of Breathe Assured.
