Great website with lots of choice and discounts

Very fast shipping and cheap products with the only downside being that the packaging was damaged

Everything was fast and as expected. Delivery on time, product intact and, oh boy, did my son got a lot of fun with the Concorde Lego :)

The selection of the product and subsequent ordering was hassle free. Easier to track as well after ordering. Overall a very good experience.

Awful experience!!!
after 5 emails, they tell you, upsss.... we haven't shipped yet, after we paid extra for fedex express, and after they confirmed that they will send the product the next day, one week later, 5 follow up emails, 0 response

only one week later, someone answered, something went wrong with your parcel, would you like to cancel, after we confirmed, no response again... 3 follow up emails, still no response!

Excellent product with timely shipping, no surprises and no damages.

I received my LEGO on the date I was given when I places the order and that is quite something as I live all the way in South Africa

Great product
Completely hasslefree delivery service
Nothing negative whatsoever

IBJYMFNUT order was not delivered on 08/25/2023. there is no parcel, no money. I ask you to help me figure out what the problem is and contact me.

The product was what I ordered and in a great condition. It also arrived faster than expected.

I was surprised of how fast the Lego showed up on my doorstep from The Netherlands to California. The shipping time listed on the site is very accurate. The prices for some sets are great even with high shipping rates you can still save a bit. Very happy and great shipping experience.

Quick delivery and in perfect condition. Bricksdirect is a trustworthy supplier in my experience

it arrived okay but I did notice 1 of the seals came broken but I think that's because it was rather heavy, otherwise item arrived fine.

The prices are great, the response to emails are quick, and the shipping is fast. I've bought multiple times!

Wrost experience with my first experience with you. Sell for 1 price , after bad surprise and getting gigant fees. Also charge for all your fees and get penny of my expencive purchase ! Absolutely dont recommended and distrub

A set was available here a few months before it was available in the US. AND at a discount. Shipping was fast. It was an excellent experience!

I recently purchased the Ferrari Daytona SP3. I chose Bricks Direct because they had it on sale, which was the best price available anywhere.

I received my order very fast. Much faster than ordering a set here in the US. I honestly wasn’t expecting that since they are based in The Netherlands. Not only did it arrive fast, it arrived a day sooner than expected.

My set was delivered in a very thick box which housed the set securely inside. My sets box was flawless.

This was my first purchase through Bricks Direct and I’m extremely pleased with my experience. I hope to buy from them again.
