User friendly website with good amount of information about products, easy to use and order, updates about the delivery from Brightr and courier, item well packaged and protected. Very little smell... Ver mais

Ordered two pillows and after leaving them to loft up tried one out, very comfotable though later had to air the filling to evaporate the chemical odour...sorted.

Very good

Very good. The topper really improved the softness of a very expensive firm mattress. We're really happy with it's and will look to get one for the spare rooms it's that comfortable.

Ordered a Superking Titan deluxe topper

Ordered a Superking Titan deluxe topper, on Saturday. It arrived on Sunday. Seriously impressive service.
Aired the topper as advised; and then used it.
I bought it to lengthen the life of an originally very expensive , but now aging, mattress .
The topper is very effective. Firm. Well made. Comfortable. I felt the benefit immediately.
I am struggling to understand the more negative reviews on this website!!!

No response from company on 2 issues

I have sent a number of emails and contacted through all social media links - no phone number. Someone is replying to reviews on here within the last day but have been unable to reply to my emails/messages sent continuously since Wednesday. I have received one product that is the wrong product and I have requested an exchange on another product with no response. I live locally so was going to manually bring both products back for replacement/exchange - however, address listed is infact a bakery in Glasgow 🤔

Update at close of business on Monday after this review - still no email or contact from company.

No refund, scammers

Like 20% of reviews here I have had a bad experience. No refund and they lie about having processed it. I will be going through my bank for a chargeback it seems. I have quite a large Instagram and Tik Tok following and think I’ll make a video about them showing their lack of customer care, many bad reviews and no refund. That will go down well for them for sure.

Mattress topper was too soft so sent it back after 60 days, well within there 100 day refund policy. I used their original packaging and sent it via DPD home collection as opposed to their free Evri label as the Evri label had size restrictions which the topper exceeded. The parcel was received by them over a month ago as the tracking shows.

I’ve emailed them a few times and they say the refund has been processed and they are looking into why I haven’t received it back yet but as can be seen by many many reviews on here and peoples comments in Instagram posts about them/ facebook posts it’s all lies. They avoid refunding you/ simply don’t do it. Illegal and they will get shut down as a business for sure. Frankly it will be deserved.

This company is a SCAM

Like many others here I had to return the top mattress which was extremely uncomfortable for my lower back. My return was approved and the topper was received by them on 13th March. I had to pay for the return. Since then I have sent a number of emails to chase my refund and I keep getting the same message from the same person named Josh. Last message was sent on 13 April and it states this Hello,

It's indeed unusual that you haven't received it yet, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused.

Rest assured, I have promptly escalated this matter to our finance department for further investigation. If there are any issues or discrepancies with the refund, please know that we are committed to rectifying them as quickly as possible to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Your trust and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us, and we want to assure you that we are taking every necessary step to resolve this matter swiftly.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist you in any way we can.

Their 'ultra firm' topper is not firm in the slightest and causes back issues. Would not recommend!

The Titan Deluxe is our firmest model, designed to provide enhanced support compared to standard toppers. That said, firmness is highly subjective — what feels firm and supportive for one person can feel too soft for another, depending on body weight, sleeping position, and the mattress underneath.

We do have thousands of customers who find this topper provides the support they’re looking for, but we completely appreciate that it won’t be the right fit for everyone.

Comfortable dual sided topper

User friendly website with good amount of information about products, easy to use and order, updates about the delivery from Brightr and courier, item well packaged and protected. Very little smell from topper it soon dispersed, expanded and plumped up quickly, well made and finished topper not too heavy, the different sides were excellent I've tried them both and settled on the one I prefer and had some really good night's sleep so far. I found the softer "egg box type" side strange but not uncomfortable at all and the firmer side just right but still with some give whilst supporting my body well. Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend.

DO NOT PURCHASE - Nox Vegan Down Alternative Pillow

I purchased the Brightr Nox Vegan Down Alternative Pillow in December 2025 and by February 2026 it was without a shadow of doubt the worse pillow I have ever owned.
The filling has separated in to clumps in both of the removable inners that can not be separated it literally looks like wet candy floss in texture (that you buy to eat at fairgrounds)it is not in individual teeny cubes that can be shaken to fill the pillow case it comes in. I have several photographs but there isn’t an option to add them here.
The middle of each inner has completely flattened where my head rests in the centre and it can not be fluffed back up. I am only 5’3’ and 9st so my head isn’t the size and weight of a demolition ball!
The pillows only come with a 30 day money back guarantee and it has only taken 3 months to be completely unusable.
I filled in their website ‘Contact Form’ over a month ago and I have still not been contacted hence me now writing this review.

The Nox pillow is designed to maintain its loft and structure over time, so what you’ve described with the filling clumping and flattening is not something we’d expect under normal use. We’d definitely like to look into this further for you.

I have been suffering with hip

I have been suffering with hip, knee and back pain, almost to the point of it being unbearable! One night of sleep on my new mattress and my back is feeling so much better. After three nights, my knee and hip pain is almost non-existent! I love my mattress!
