Awful experience, barely understand anything staff were saying, total chaos. Filthy transport to and from the airport.
Strongly advise people use another service.
Very poor service all round and not much more to park at the airport

The Parking is at least 10 miles from the Airport dwn an unsigned dirt track that is not fit to drive on. The staff just don't want to be there and the drive back was dangerous as the driver just wanted to go home. There are poor directions, the gravel track has no road sign, the parking has no signs. The Reception eventually answered but spoke very poor English so was of no use. This company SHOULD NOT BE IN OPERATION

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the meet and greet parking service booked through Compare Parking Prices, with the following details:

- Vehicle collected: 2 February 2026 at 06:00 from Bristol Airport
- Vehicle return due: 6 February 2026 at 23:00 Bristol Airport.
- Company responsible for collection: Bristol M&G Gld1 Trading Ltd

Today, I received a Parking Charge Notice dated 6 February 2026 at 15:18 for exceeding 30 minutes parking on the A38 opposite New Road, Redhill. This occurred eight hours before my flight was due to land, meaning my vehicle was being driven while it was supposed to be securely stored.

This is a serious breach of contract and constitutes unauthorised use of my vehicle. I gave permission only for collection on 2 February and return at 23:00 on 6 February. Any other use is unlawful.

As a result of this unauthorised use, I have incurred a £50 penalty charge. I am also applying a £100 administration charge for the time, stress, and inconvenience caused.

I require the following within 5 working days:

1. Full details of Bristol M&G Gld1 Trading Ltd, including registered address, company number, insurance details, and the identity of the driver who had possession of my vehicle.
2. Reimbursement of the £50 PCN.
3. Payment of a £100 administration charge.

I will be reporting this matter to the police due to the unauthorised use of my vehicle.

I expect this to be treated with the seriousness it warrants.

Waited well over 25 minutes for them to pick up on arrival, this was after we’d given the requisite 45 minutes warning. We also waited for the drop off on departure. Staff barely spoke; couldn’t have been less friendly and engaging.

READ THE SMALL PRINT, in amongst the confirmation email they say that you are responsible for parking charges. This is currently £8.50 each way.

It’s a joke. Would never use these guys again and they clearly don’t care about their customers because there are lots of reviews like this on this site and they haven’t replied to any of them.

Whatever you do, just don’t. Your car will be driven by someone not insured to drive it, if you cancel you won’t get a refund (been chasing it for 9 days now and will be heading to the various addresses they’ve got listed to get my money back), use YourParkingSpace, there’s a cheap place that’s literally a 3 minute walk from the airport entrance and it’s so much cheaper and easier to deal with.

GLD1 Trading Limited, very poor service, I made a booking, my flight was cancelled, I cancelled the parking.I emailed several times. I never got back my money!Be careful never book with them!!This people are not honest!

One star is generous for this scam company.
On arrival it took a time to get through for a pick up.
On the way back we were told the car was on its way several times, after tracking the car we could see it was still in the same place! Apparently they lost our keys so 2 hours later the car arrived. No apologies, nothing.
On leaving the premises we noticed that my Gucci glasses, an old iPhone that I use for music was missing. We pulled over to check the car to see that they had rummaged through it all and found the money I had well hidden and taken it. Police have been contacted.
After calling the company, we were told that we leave things at our own risk. Clearly its a scam they have had going, that has been done many time before. How on earth do they get away with.
PLEASE STAY AWAY!

DO NOT USE, THEY ARE THIEVES. I would give this business minus 100 if there was the option. Giving one star should not apply to this company. Unfortunately, I left a sum of cash in my car which was parked with them for four days over the new year. The cash was well hidden but they managed to find it and stole every pound. On contacting them they advised they are not responsible for the contents of the vehicle.

Beware - this is a SCAM AND FRAUD!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

I booked parking for 5 days. On the day of arrival, I called 30 minutes in advance for the driver to pick us up, but no one answered. Then I called again - silence. The road to the parking lot is terribly broken through a field. At the parking gate, I reached the driver (an Indian man). He replied that he was sorry, but your reservation was CANCELLED! I couldn't believe this news, since they took the money and I didn't receive any notification of cancellation. This Indian man told me to demand a refund somewhere and that I had to pay again now so the driver would come. It's just awful. I couldn't get through to technical support and they still haven't returned my money.

These are definitely scammers. Organizations like this parking lot should be jailed.

I would give this service no stars if I could. We were given the wrong mobile number to arrange drop off and had to phone the booking company to get us another number. On the way home we called them to drop our car off. They only answered after the 6th attempt. We were then stood in the freezing cold for 30 minutes waiting for the car. When I asked the driver how far away the cars were parked he told me 10 miles. However he walked round the corner and my car arrived 5 minutes later with the engine stone cold, which begs the question. Where are the cars being kept. I also had 1/4 of a tank of fuel left when it was dropped off! its not a meet and greet. A meet and greed drops you off at the airport entrance not the exit of a short star carpark. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Very unprofessionally ran business, the site is just a rented yard in the middle of nowhere at the back of someone’s land, route to the site is awful full of pot holes and flooded when we went down. If I knew this I would have paid an extra 10£ and parked at Bristol air port.

Rang for pickup before we flew and arranged it for 11:30PM

Once we land I call and ask where he is, no answer for 4 rings then finally answered and says he will be 30/40 minutes bearing in mind we are stood in a car park in 2 degrees at 11:40.

Definitely will not be booking through this cowboy ran business. Best of opening a kabab shop then running airport parking

Very poor experience
This is a very unprofessional setup. The route to the parking is an atrocious pot-holed track. To be met by uninterested ‘staff’ no ID. Each group in the minibus were required to pay £14 for the short stay car park!!
We waited for over an hour to be collected on our return and were told the wrong place to wait. Use a different car parking service!!!

Impossible to get through to anyone who knew what they were doing. Dumped and picked up in the middle of nowhere. No lighting or office. No receipts.
An absolute scam.
After a lovely holiday, came home upset and stressed after such a dreadful experience.

DO NOT USE!!! Booked this company for Bristol airport, what absolute joke the vehicle that took us to the airport had 4 completely bold tyres, illegally carry children with no car seat!! And then met at the airport by angry customers who had been waiting in the cold and wet for more than a hour, Told them on my return i expected a car seat for my granddaughter as it’s illegal to carry children without one, even said they could take my car seat out my car to use to collect us, on pick up they still has no car seat, putting my 2 year old granddaughter at risk again!! The inside of the bus was falling apart, then the driver was using his mobile phone while driving with 7 passengers onboard!! Steer clear of this company, they are advertising as Bristol park and ride but absolutely nowhere near the airport, based on a horse livery farm around 10 minute away, paid £67.95 and then had to pay another £14 to be taken from the car park to the airport!! No taxi licences in sight, poorly maintained vehicles and putting people lives at risk!! THIS COMPANY NEED SHUTTING DOWN BEFORE THEY KILL SOMEONE, DO NOT USE!!

Worst meet and greet company in the country!!!
I have now had two very bad experiences with this company ….
First one ,we had our car returned with what smelt like manure all in the front footwells and absolutely filthy on return ,we complained and had no reply !!
And the second time (giving them the doubt )was even worse I went on a golf holiday and laid my backseat ,down to fit in my golf clubs.. when having the car returned to me. I noticed that the seat was up., so on further inspection all the footwells had dirty marks all over them when I had had it cleaned the day before.. so I can cooperate with the story before where they are ferrying workers backwards and forwards to airport!!! I contacted the booking company which were very apologetic and gave me a small refund and also gave me their email and phone number!
I have had no reply from them at all !!
So please do not use this company 🤬 !!!,

Wrong post code on booking confirmation. Had to knock on residential properties. Contacting parking was difficult, no signal. When I could get through, chap with little English kept saying follow sat Nat. But they'd given me wrong post code. Spent 50mins lost and very stressed. When I FINALLY got there not even an apology just very abrupt and rude woman. THEN TOLD HAD TO PAY 14£ WHEN PARKING AT SHORT STAY CAR PARK IS ONLY 7£ - THERE WERE TWO OF US!!!! Nearly missed flight, running for gate when I, as usual allowed 3hrs from parking to get to airport, check in and relax etc. Dreadful experience, rude people then transfer driver was erratic and on his mobile!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

The worst experience ever !
Just diabolical. No communication, no paperwork, lateness , poor attitude, questionable vehicles being used to transport service users to airport. We almost missed out flight because they were very late to transfer us to the airport from a very muddy field behind a farm . I could go on as so much happened that night , but ill cut it short. They weren't answering phone calls when we tried to contact them because they were late. They eventually arrived over an hour late ! No apology , just attitude and rickety vehicle, possibly transfered in non roadworthy vehicle. I felt unsafe and upset. When we returned to Bristol airport following our holiday they were 40 mins late , despite making several attempts to communicate there was noone manning the phones yet again. My vehicle was filthy inside. The whole experience was stressful , we will NEVER use these again and I urge you not to be lulled into using them for a lower cost alternative. Simply not worth it.

Bristol Airport allow rouge traders and scammers operate at their airport.
Don’t book Bristol meet and greet parking through Compare the airport parking company! (Owl as logo) They are a middle man set up, and will book you with third party. The third party that they used for our 2 cars at Bristol airport meet and greet was a company called GLD1 Trading ltd, this company clearly used our immaculately clean and valeted cars to transport their drivers to and from the field our cars got parked in. Cars returned late, then filthy inside and outside with wet muddy footprints in all footwells front and rear of our cars, millage was well over the millage of the field our cars were supposedly parked in.. +34 and +68 miles on them. After informing both companies and Bristol Airport we had little or no communication or apology or refund. Just introduced to Compare the airport parking terms and conditions that constantly repeats how they are a booking agent and take no responsibility for the company’s they use and allow them to use customers cars yet don’t do anything to compensate or investigate complaints. Bristol airport parking solutions did agree a full refund should be issued but then turned its back on us and we never received even a penny. Avoid this company and GLD1 Trading like the plague!!!!
