Friendly and professional service from both Russell’s working at the showroom. Fast replies and great service online and over the phone. Russell S accompanied myself on a test drive and was extremely knowledgeable answering any questions I had about the car. Many beautiful cars to choose from all at a great price. First class transaction from beginning to end. Purchased my car on line as was unable to get there in person. My contact was Russell S who was excellent, professional, patient, good humoured and very informative. He ‘walked’ me round then vehicle, clarifying any query I had regarding condition. I just purchased a car from Britannia and even though it was done completely online, the process was really seamless and efficient. Russell was extremely helpful, professional and genuine, as well as providing really good communication throughout. He also went the extra mile when sending videos/pictures of the car which made the decision process a lot easier from my perspective. Having also arranged delivery, my new car arrived in exactly the condition described. I've only had it a week, but it seems to drive really well and is mechanically sound. It was the first time I'd purchased a car 100% online and I wouldn't hesitate doing this with Britannia again!

I found buying from Britannia Motor Company a genuinely positive experience. Russell Stoneman was helpful, friendly and efficient. This company was recommended to me by my son , who was also impressed with them.

I called and discussed details of the car and part exchange option, sent pics of my car for valuation. Got a call back within half an hour with price offer for my car - maybe not what I hoped but probably much better then everywhere else.
Took me 2h to get there, got nice cup of coffee on arrival, had a look at the car, done all paper work and was back on the road within half an hour.

Thank you Russell and all at Britannia Motors! We visited Britannia Motors for a browse after seeing a car I liked on their website. Both myself and my husband were very impressed with the professional, friendly, non-pushy sales person. We were allowed to browse without being watched over and test drive process was quick and easy. Needless to say, we bought the car and picked it all sparkling clean 2 days later. We had a fair part-exchanged price for my old car and the new car was priced sensibly so no need to quibble over prices. We dealt with Russell who was so genuine and lovely. We will be back when it is time to change the husband's car!

Went to Brittania Motor Company for the first time yesterday and my husband and I were very impressed and pleased with the service they provided. The Sales Rep, Archie, was very welcoming and he gave us great assistance with buying our new car including giving me a fair price for my old car and he arranged the tax and gave us 5 days free insurance on my new car so that I could drive away my car the same day.
