First class!
We booked our cruise through Broadway Travel, and can highly recommend them. We had major issues with our cruise company which resulted in having to cancel our cruise.
Our travel agent, Lynsey, went above and beyond to ensure we received a full refund. She never gave up, even when we had accepted the fact that we would lose some money.
We will definitely use Broadway Travel again in the future, and hopefully get Lynsey again!

Wonderful customer service
We had seen a holiday to Egypt that we were interested in and emailed Broadway for further details. We received an email back from Iantha Smith who was very helpful. She answered all our questions promptly.
We had an issue when we were on the phone to make a payment as we had a problem with the internet. Iantha was vey patient with us while we sorted it out, but we got there in the end. Thank you, Iantha for your help and patience with us. This is our first time dealing with Broadway and are very happy with the service so far, thank you.

Our flights were with Ryanair
Our flights were with Ryanair, they sent us an email changing our flight times. The flights were not acceptable to us as they were very late. We found flights with Easyjet which were acceptable and contacted Broadway Travel explaining what had happened and that we'd like to change. Within 30 minutes we received an email from Broadway Tavel they had changed our flights to Easyjet at no extra cost to us and all the revised documents were in the portal. Top service from Jacqui!

Flight time changes to holiday.
We booked a trip for December to Funchal last Feb. Broadway Travel wrote to us today to say that Easyjet has changed both the flight times, the journey out now being at 07.10 instead of 12.55. I phoned and spoke to Jackie, explaining that I am not well and would never have booked the holiday with that flight time and that I just couldn't manage it. Could anything be done? We were prepared to go the previous day. She said to leave it with her but could promise nothing. An hour or 2 later she rang back having spoken both to Easyjet and our hotel. We are now leaving at 11.00 the previous day and returning a day earlier than previously arranged, at no extra charge. What a satisfactory result and done with kindness and efficiency. We are very pleased and just hope that there are no further flight changes,

Booked with broadway travel last year, couldn't believe how easy everything fell into place, the staff are so friendly and realy helpful, they are there to help you with anything you need.Im a 67 year old woman that's not realy techno savvy, but i found it easy to book on and everything I needed was there in the app.Broadway travel were so great that it made sense to book with them again for next year, try it you won't be disappointed.
