Night, Not to Remember
Just back from a cruise and stay with Broadway Travel, the cruise was fantastic, absolutely loved it, food was 1st class, service was amazing.
The problem was the, 1 night stay in Venice after the cruise. We were staying in the Mestre area just outside the city.
When we arrived at hotel we found a man urinating as we unpacked the taxi.
The streets were full fo cigarette butts and dog fieces.
Just across the road there were drug addicts and prostitutes congrating at corner. later at night we could see them heating up their drugs and some were injecting them, not a good sight. The receptionist at hotel told us that it in not a rough area. We stayed in hotel that night.
It was a bit of a downer on a fantastic holiday.
Broadway Travel please, please don't send anyone to this area of Venice.
Booking number was BSC100236.
The booking was made with Blue Sea Cruise, who your company took over, including all bookings, so YOU are responsible for booking.
We will never recommend Broadway Travel to anyone, we have had nothing but trouble since your company took over booking.
Just don't send any of your customers to that part of Venice.. not nice .

**UPDATE - Thank you for your further details. We can confirm your holiday was booked directly with Blue Sea Holidays and not Broadway Travel. As they were removed as a member of our consortia, we assumed management of all their legacy bookings, yours included. However, we regret any disappointment with the area of Venice that Blue Sea Holidays booked for you.

Absolutely brilliant swift and friendly service. So quick to respond and no issues with providing me with a variety of different options and prices. Very clear pricing too.
Brilliant price for our family cruise including flights, drinks and tips which with many others are add ons that catch you out!

Kelly Davies was amazing! This is my first time booking a cruise and I'll be travelling alone with my two children and honestly she really put my mind at rest. She answered every single question honestly and with a genuine interest in my families holiday. Kelly was that great I will be recommending her to my Nana that is often found on a cruise holiday.

Frank was brilliant
Frank was brilliant and calm working with a difficult brief , not much flex with our dates but got us a good deal and better choice of hotel, will use again for Feb holiday, he called back every time he said he would, i dint feel harassed.

Excellent customer service
At the beginning of the year through Broadway we booked a holiday to Jordan in November. With the present hostilities and uncertainty there, we really did not want to travel to Jordan.
Joanne at Broadway has spent a lot of time and effort changing our holiday from Jordan to a different destination - I am very grateful to her for her patience and assistance throughout

The entire process was very easily booked, confirmed immediately, paperwork and Atol certificates emailed promptly, I emailed customer service with a question of which a reply was received within an hour, overall a very swift holiday booking at a great price!
