Quick and easy only one thing about my last holiday with Broadway there was an issue with my booking for requesting a low floor room i had to pay 130 euro for a ground floor just a minor detail otherwise good service and great holiday 😀 thank you

I have booked holidays through Broadway Travel several times. The Customer Support of the company has been able to respond quickly on the same day or within 24 hours.
My recent experience was with Danielle for a rearrangement of my holiday due to cancellation of Ryanair flights. She was able to find our preferred dates for flights and hotel, and sorted out the issue through quick email communications.

I was able to book the holiday I had looked up on line, but I do not like booking , until I actually speak to an agent .So far all seems well, will await final email before I am due to leave .
