Very friendly and personable owners - Brown and Ginger are fab and I'll be a forever customer 😊

Thank you so much for replacing the broken item my partner got me for my 40th.

Much appreciated! ❤️ very kind! Xx

Fabulously constructed wooden storage boxes for my record collection. Great price and delivered super quick. 10/10 communication about my delivery. So good I've ordered another one.

Recently purchased a great cabinet from Brown & Ginger, it was promptly delivered by a very helpful delivery person, and I could not be happier with my experience.

What a great independent business! We bought a few different things in one order, loved them all but the photo frames were a slightly different colour to what we were expecting. We contacted Josephine, the owner, asking if we could exchange them and she couldn't have been more helpful! Fast replies, couldn't do enough for us to get it sorted and we are delighted with the replacements we received!

Can't speak highly enough of our experience with Brown And Ginger!

Fantastic company! First time ordering from them and most likely will not be the last.

Absolutely brilliant service throughout. Ordered some convex mirrors as other online retailers were constantly out of stock and then I stumbled across this shop. So glad I did! I ordered later on in the day and the next day they were all delivered! So quick.

All the mirrors were packaged really well. So happy. Highly recommend to anybody looking for quirky home accessories etc. and very affordable. Thank you!

Again another lovely item received, well packaged, the parrot wall light , such a lovely thing . My 3rd order and no problems at all .

Absolutely love the candle holders I bought from here! Arrived only 3 days after ordering and they have added such vibrancy to my room 🥰 highly recommend Brown and Ginger for all things unique!! 🤩

I was looking for a selection of small mirrors and was drawn to the website. The product is great and was matched by excellent customer experience. Thank you.

Beautiful pumpkin, well packaged and fast delivery

Item arrived in a damaged box, with no instructions, fixings or paperwork of any kind. No idea on how to hang the figure onto the wall?

Amazing quirky home accessories, at decent prices, shipped super fast and well packaged. I'm obsessed, have ordered from them 3 times already for my new house and I can't wait to order more!

Goed contact, snelle levering, goede service

Super fast delivery, great items. Nicely packaged and reasonably priced (I bought a number of photo frames). Very pleased and would purchase from here again.

I ordered some items from here because they were cheaper than a lot of other stores. there was a little hiccup with me getting sent one wrong item but it was rectified straight away and they sent it straight out and I literally received it the very next day promptly.
They even let me keep the wrong item instead of faffing on sending it back which was very kind of them.
The customer service was brilliant and they are actually really nice people working behind the scenes.
Thankyou!

what sort of online store is this. even in a fantasy you wouldn’t find anything better. unique products at reasonable prices. ordered wednesday afternoon. arrived friday morning. quality is outstanding too. if only everyone was as thoughtful as these guys. you made the world a little bit of a better place in my eyes. thank you.

I live in Spain and ordered an Ice Bucket shaped like a Top Hat. The service and communication were exemplary. The quality of the item was so much better than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Thank you Josephine

This company is an amazing small business that stocks quirky and unusual items. I ordered some ornate mirrors for my sister which took a while to arrive due to the Suez Canal issues but Josephine kept me in the loop all the time. I have ordered a few other items which arrived promptly and well packaged.
