Placed my order and received it super quick. As the item was ceramic I was worried about damage in transit but it came in mint condition and double boxed for safety. Great communication , very pleased from start to finish 5* service throughout.

My first purchase but definitely not my last. Great customer service with an email thanking me for my purchase don't get that with these big companies. Always like to support small businesses and can highly recommend Brown and Ginger ... go check them out you won't be disappointed.

Simply great. I asked by e-mail whether they also send the goods to Germany. I received a positive reply within a day or two. Everything was taken care of for me, the paperwork for customs, transport etc. Invoice arrived by email. The goods were sent to me in Germany within 1.5 weeks. Without any problems. Perfectly packed. The handling was very polite. If I need something again - any time.
