My new favourite online jewellery store. It's always slightly nerve wracking when ordering for the first time from an online store. I have now had 2 orders from Browns and have been extremely happy with both items. Fantastic company to buy from
Super fast delivery and after receiving the items the next day, I had a couple of questions. Spoke to a lady called Megan in customer service via email. She couldn’t have been more helpful and answered my queries by return. How refreshing to get service like this.

Poor customer service.
Ordered a gold bracelet. Parcel arrived opened and no bracelet. Postman noticed and recommended return to sender. I emailed 3 times, last time 3 October. Also tried to aim on the insurance which was denied. Use another retailer, the customer service is not good and I am still out of pocket.

We have thoroughly checked our customer service records, including spam and archived folders, and unfortunately we do not have any record of the emails you mention receiving. Had we been aware of the issue at the time, we would of course have done everything possible to assist.
As advised by Royal Mail, once a parcel is returned to sender we require it to be physically received back with us in order to raise a claim or take the matter further. Unfortunately, without the item or parcel being returned to us, we are unable to submit or progress an insurance claim on your behalf.
We are always happy to help and would still welcome the opportunity to review this further if you are able to contact us directly with any additional information or proof of correspondence. Providing clear, responsive customer service is extremely important to us, and we are sorry that on this occasion you feel let down.

Beautiful soleil 9 carat white gold beaded chain
I have never ordered from this company before but couldn't find what I was looking for locally. The necklace took about a week and a half to arrive in the post but it was just what I was expecting. I also contacted customer service a couple of times to check on the delivery and they replied very quickly and we're very helpful.

Not impressed
Beautifully wrapped and boxed but that’s where it ends. Not impressed at all with the bangle, very flimsy, clasp substandard and definitely not solid as it states in the description. Disappointed ☹️

The customer service I have received from this company is absolutely phenomenal! I am over the moon! I purchased a necklace as a gift; the chain broke and I sent it back to Browns to be assessed and fixed. The customer service I received throughout was fantastic and I was kept informed of every stage of the process.
