I love Brumate. Their products are great. In one of my orders I was missing a product, customer service took care of it and got it shipped out to me ASAP. I am very happy with the service I receive & recommend them to family & friends.

I am in love with every single one of my brumates! I will never buy any other brand ever! The customer service, quality, and durability is absolutely amazing! This company is more than just “cups”. Their customer service is amazing, their products hold up and withstand a lot of wear and tear. I have a Pint for every day of the week for my coffee, which stays hot for hours! Highly recommend!

I have never before seen customer service like Brumate has! I made a few orders in November, one I was hoping would be here by Christmas and the other two weren’t as time sensitive. When I mentioned I had a problem, Brumate was on it!
I got my package for Christmas and the others came as well.
Even though we were pushing the envelope for Christmas it still arrived and I was able to get everything wrapped and under the tree! Thank you so much, Brumate for your outstanding customer service!

Brumate is one of the few companies that go above and beyond in their customer service to make your experience and order right! Having said that; they have run into issues with shipping as of late; I am still waiting on an order that was placed in the few two days of December; however, their customer service is still working on it and it will not prevent me from ordering from them again; truth be told I have a good majority of their products; they are THAT good!

Love love love Bru Mate! I purchase lots. For Christmas I started in September and kept ordering after thinking of someone else to give one too. One for you one for me. My ordered were delivered fast only had one that due to the shipping company’s holiday slow up took a little longer. Bru Mate kept me posted on all my orders and explanation on the slow one. Brie mate keeps your cold drinks cold and hot ones hot with beautiful color or flowers. My favorite and I need more.

Brumate is slowly taking over for all of my cups!! I use them for everything, from coffee to milk to anything else!! Even have my family members asking for them as xmas and birthday gifts!!

We are addicted to these in our house. I plan on replacing our glassware with them because of their versatility, ability to keep beverages cool and hot, and they don't break!

The few times I reached out to Customer Service, the response was quick, polite, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

With all the postal delay I've been lucky shipping hasn't been an issue with any of my BruMate orders.

I was a first time customer. Ordered two slims. It had been over a week and tracking never updated. I did have the route insurance so i contacted customer service. They were so very helpful and took care of the issue immediately and replaced them for me. The service i was given was great. Everything was done in a timely manner. No complaints this way!
