Black Camo Fail
My husband, a military veteran, ordered the Toddy XL in Black Camo. He was so exited for this cup to come, but when it did, he was utterly disappointed. His mug is essential completely black, if you didn't know it should be Black Camo, you would never be able to tell there was any camo there. You cannot see camo on his cup at all. The Black Camo is a failed misrepresentation of what it should have been.
Brumate vs Yeti
I couldn't figure out why my coffee did not stay as hot or was as hot after first brewing. I thought there was something wrong with our Keurig maker. I was comparing it to a Yeti container I had been using. Turns out it was the Brumate. I guess you get what you pay for. It does not compare well with Yeti if you are wanting to keep things hot.
Something shady is going on here...
It's very peculiar how many 5 star reviews from the exact same date talk about how amazing the company is. Who even writes a review like that? People just want a quality item delivered as promised. I ordered two items that were marked as shipped but the carrier never received them and tracking info never updated. 20 days later and still no updates so I requested a refund. The whole ordeal cost me $.98 in route insurance. Never again!
Horrible Shipping - Great Product
I absolutely love the Brumate products, my problem is not with them. Brumate also has the best customer service!! My issue is with their shipping, it is HORRIBLE! If you want something don't expect to receive it quickly, if you need something order a month in advance. I was to receive my order 2 days ago, it still isn't here, I received a tracking number that gave updates for a few days then went silent.
When I called FedEx I got a computer that told me the company selected FedEx ground economy and there is no available information.

The gold and onyx leopard print collection is the prettiest things that I have ever seen! I use them daily! I move them from my camp trailer to my house and am working on getting the entire collections!!! Must have for any season!!!!
To much sweat
I have been using a less expensive double wall can cooler and decided to try brumate. I like it but it sweats a whole lot more than the other brand and I'm constantly pouring condensation down my chin from the sweat. Always having to pour excess water out of bottom. Would like to love but switching back to the other brand. Not real happy!

I ORDERED THE BRUMATE TODDY AND THE SPOUT TO DRINK OUT OF ONLY FITS AT THE HANDLE AND ACROSS FROM THE HANDLE. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL WAYS TO FIT IT IN THE DRINKING POSITION STARTING AT 180 DEGREES AS SUGGESTED. IT DOES NOT WORK. I AM RIGHT HANDED AND THERE IS NO WAY TO FIT THE LID SO YOU CAN DRINK. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered 4 Brumates and realized that they were the wrong size. The 1st interacting with Brumate was amazing. It quickly went downhill from there. I was supposed to get my items on May 5th, and I never did. I received an email for tracking, It stated that the label was crated, but never received by the shipping company. Then I got an email from Brumate saying sometimes this means my items are lost. I responded that I did not receive the product yet. And they basically are forcing people get the shipping protection, and if you don’t you won’t get your order.
They “resent” the order. It gets delivered, and all three items are damaged. I try to contact Brumate and you can only chat online or via email, no phone number is listed. I finally get someone, and they said to send pictures, so I did. They said the damage does not affect the purpose of the cups, so they can offer me 30% off my order. I asked to return all 4 items for a refund. The person I was chatting with told me to respond to the email from now on and not the chat. I asked if the return all 4 items, and she stated no just three and to return the 4th I would have to do it myself via the website.
I went ahead and returned them via website. I got an email on May 17th, that my items were received. On May 21st, I got an email stating my order has been refunded and it would take 3-5 business days. It has been over that and I still do not have my refund. I emailed again, and now the are saying” In reviewing, all three items from the BM******* order have been returned, but the items from BM****** have not checked in with the warehouse yet. Looks like return tracking shows that the order was sent back to us and arrived at the warehouse on the 25th. Our warehouse requires around 7-14 business days to check in returns prior to returns being refunded.
I have been trying to chat with someone via chat I put in my order number and email and no one will respond. I got on other chat platform and didn’t put in my order number or email and am now chatting with someone.
This is absolutely insane, and their products are terrible quality, their customer service is nothing short of a nightmare. No return has ever said it would take 7-14 days. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have been using S`well for years and I 100% regret just sticking with them.
Great products!
I started buying their products years ago and I have never regretted any of those purchases. Their products make any gift giving easy. They're durable, they keep your drink warm and/or cold for a good amount of time, they always have different colors and styles to choose from. And they're always running some type of deal so I've never paid full price before.
I never got my order
I never got my order. After 14 days, the "route package insurance" tried to send another instead. I don't want this anymore I have zero trust in brumate.

I understand that with the pandemic shipping is delayed so receiving my products very late would not have been to big of an issue. However, I received an email from brümate saying if orders were not received within a month of ordering you could be refunded or they would send a new exposures parcel that would be there by Christmas if it was a gift. When I emailed to receive my expedited parcel they said they had reached the maximum they could send out and they wouldn’t send anymore. Okay that was fine it had been over a month so I went out bought two new gifts for the people on my list and requested the refund that was promised. After not responding for a while brümate emailed back and said I could not have a refund they never gave a clear answer as to why even when u provided screenshots of the emails they sent me saying I would have a refund. What kind of company voluntarily makes an offer to someone and then will not uphold that. After going back and forth with customer service I was give 10% off my purchase, two more flasks sent to me, and a coupon for their website valid only when you spend $50. All I wanted was the refund I was promised I didn’t want anything else. I am very disappointed this company did not uphold that. Overall the shipping took 4 and a half months to get and I ended up with four expensive flasks I didn’t want.
TERRIBLE PRODUCT
TERRIBLE PRODUCT. I am a college student who thought that I could get good use out of this cooler only to get it and find that it is defective. The drink spout does not work and will leak uncontrollably if you put any type of liquid into it. In addition to this the customer support is almost impossible to reach and will not help you with your product. In conclusion this is a bad product and a bad company. Do not buy from these thieves!!!

Delayed package by almost two months!!!
I have not received my order and this review is almost TWO months after I have ordered my packages!! I don't typically leave reviews, but this was just the absolute worst experience I have ever had with online shipping. The only time my package moves is when I email customer service and ask for a refund and then they start to update my shipping bc I want a refund. My package was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my two brothers, out of state, which I now have to ship to them. They gave me 10% off a purchase twice because it wasn't moving but made no serious effort to move my package. Extremely frustrating. Supposed to arrive today, I'd be shocked if it did.

Absolutely in LOVE with this company! Customer service is fantastic and products are to die for! I will literally never buy a different brand for my drinks. I’m also always telling people about them because the Brumate products are literally all I use! Highly recommend!!!

I give 5 stars for Brumate, simply because the products are perfect! What happens after products leave Brumates warehouse, is out of their control. I have had shipments delivered in busted boxes, opened and retaped boxes, and products jostled so much the containers were damaged. However, Brumate has always been top notch to replace anything that was damaged! I have fell victim to “lost” packages, and the Bru Crew were quick to send out duplicate orders. Therefore, Brumate will continue getting my business!
