If I could leave less than one star
If I could leave less than one star, I would. I ordered 3 cups December 18 and I still have not heard from the company except a short little. Thank you for your order. I have tried to contact them every day since Christmas and they will not return my Emails or text messages I can see my order on there but they will not ship it. This is the worst company to deal with you have no recourse. You have no way of getting your money back and you have no way of talking to anyone save your money. I’m filing a complaint with my credit card company that I bought my cups through.

Ordered straw covers. 3 weeks after order was placed I reached out because I never received my order. It was never shipped. They shipped it the day of my query. Received item, color was pink but online it looked more olive/greyish. It does not stay onto my straw like advertised. Reached out for return. Its like pulling teeth. Dispute
Horrible
I have multiple Brumate cups that I bought 3+ years ago but obviously their quality has gone way down hill. Purchased a large cup in the Copper Leopard print for a Christmas gift and when they removed the sticker on it the design came off too. After hand washing the rest of the design started coming off as well. Reached out to customer service and they told me to file the claim under their shipping insurance. What a joke. Obviously it's not a shipping issue. Now I get no response.

I purchased my brumate 30 oz era and loved it so I bought 3 more as gifts. My husband's straw started to fall off everytime he opened it and unfortunately was outside of amazon window to return. I contacted brumate customer service and just wanted a lid and straw. First asked for pic, I sent it. Then asked for receipt number and where purchased, I sent it. Then asked for Pic of receipt I sent it. Now wants proof did not come this way!!!! Even if it did (which it didn't) how would u prove that??! It's a frigging lid and straw, I bought 4 era cups!!!!!! I was thinking of buying the cooler!! Never will I pruchase brumate again.. Please save your money buy one for 9.99 on amazon I purchased one for my 4 year old grandbaby and it's been through hell and still works great!!!!!!

I sure wish I would have looked at these reviews before I placed my order. I sent in an order for two of their advertised coffee cups and still have not received them. They said there was free shipping but apparently, they are sending them by horseback. UPS said they had sent them the cheapest form possible. I have been promised since December 16th that they were going to be delivered and everyday it keeps getting moved back another day! I would not suggest anyone use this company, they are definitely a scam! I am letting everyone know because they should have been here by now! They were Christmas gifts. I hope your company enjoys doing people this way? You are so wrong for doing what you do!

I love my bruamate 40 oz
I love my bruamate 40 oz. The design is great in minimizing leaks. When locked it will have only a drop here and there . Due to loving the 40 oz I purchased the 20 oz coffee mug.
I do not like the lid and will be gifting it to someone else.
1. The lid screws on and is impossible to set the sip hole at the 9 o’clock position from the handle.
2. The design of the spill proof lid is good in concept but I hate how bulky it feels when sipping my coffee. I hate to give it up but the coffee cup lid is a deal breaker for me

I received this as a thoughtful gift, otherwise I would have returned it. Mine & 2 friends all broke the first & second week of use. The nozzle does not come up. Then, I dropped it on dirt & the handle broke. Although I soak the lid in vinegar & baking soda at least 2 times a week there is mold growing around the seal. Pretty looking but terrible product.

I received a tumbler as a gift and less than 2 months the straw would not come up. They sent a replacement lid to the wrong address and now won't send another one.
Excellent products and superior customer service
I find BrüMate products to be far superior to any other products on the market. Brümate’s customer service is excellent as well. I have rarely had a product issue but when I have they are quick to respond and replace the item. It is rare to find a company with superior products and customer service but Brumate has definitely mastered both!
They deserve a zero rating
They deserve a zero rating. Their customer service is the most disgusting that you will ever see in any corporate business. There is a robot emailing system. We bought a $900 cooler with a prototype wine dispenser. It was broken because it was only a prototype. I asked to have the compartment sent of which they said yes but conveniently they don’t put the unit number and I never receive it. Then send an email again about why is it that they don’t give tracking numbers etc. and they said that’s just because how they do things. There’s no phone number to contact this bogus. A55 company! I would never give them my patronage as a customer ever again and if you were smart, you would do the same. Their product is OK at best, but their customer service is bottom sewage level.

Love the products, company's customer service SUCKS!! notice how they do not have a phone number you can call? Cause they don't care. Brand new 40oz cup, straw cracked so I emailed them. Return email that day says they are sending one free of charge, gave me an order number even. After 10 days, tried to look up the order number to track it. Guess what? Order number they gave doesn't exist?
Re-emailed them and just got robot email returned.

Very unethical business practices
Very unethical business practices. Allows a discount code to be used at checkout, processes payment, and then removes the discount. I reached out to customer service and they claim you can’t use the discount code for the cup I ordered… then why was it accepted at checkout? Asked to cancel the order and of course it’s “too late to make any changes to the order.” Oh but they provided a link to return the cup only to find out… it’s final sale. What a dishonest and poorly managed company… karma is a b!
Don’t do it!
I waited over 2 months for my cup to arrive. I ordered on 14/06 and the cup arrived 22/08.
All this time I was chasing them for an update and they’re asking me to wait 3-5 days. I asked them multiple times to process a refund if they’re not going to send it but apparently it had already passed that “point”
I tried to claim my money back through Clearpay and they sent them false tracking information for a cup that never got posted (Beware - they will send you tracking for something and tell you it’s been posted when literally all they have done is print a label)
In terms of advice for others in the same position, don’t try instagram as they’ll delete your comments and ignore your messages. They have to respond to new cases it seems, so use “contact us” and set up a new case each time you want to message them (get all your information in one message as you will never hear from the person who responds to your “new case” ever again!)
I found The Better Business Bureau quite helpful in the end, and would recommend using them if you are struggling to get responses (you’ll see BruMate’s score on there is even worse than here) BM did respond and say it was MY fault they couldn’t process a refund, which was great but the cup was nearly in the UK at this point so I dropped it. I think if you’re not so far along in the farce that is ordering from this brand it may be helpful to try the BBB.
The cup eventually arrived (wrapped in one thin piece of paper so it’s a miracle it’s not damaged) It looks ok but I will never use it, and I’m not going to put myself through trying to return it. The silly child who owns this brand can put my $50 toward his next fast car or fancy holiday.
I’ve learnt my lesson and will check TP reviews before ordering from anywhere new going forward!

If I could give a zero for customer service I would. I purchased 3 replacement gaskets for my 16oz slim bottle cooler. Which is a great product but unfortunately the replacements would not fit. There is no customer service number only a email. They responded saying they received my email and would get back to me. It’s been over 3 weeks and no response. This is the worst customer service ever.
PROFOUNDLY Bad Customer Service
I bought the 55gal hard cooler and opted to return it for the smaller version. After a MONTH since the return they have still not registered it as “returned” and it has been arrived for so long now that USPS is going to “RETURN” it back to me!! Now it’s the end of the summer and they told me someone would get back to me in 2-3 weeks!! I told them to forget the store credit and give me my money back. My mind is truly blow at how bad their service is. I never in my life could image a company that could continue operating with this level of incompetence.

Pros: the color is lovely, it keeps drinks warm for an adequate amount of time.
Cons: the design is awful. The cap frequently leaks and gets stuck so it's impossible to open. It is the most poorly designed travel mug lid I've ever had. I've had it less than a year and it's completely unusable now, not a single person I know can remove the lid.
When I left a review on the BruMate site it was never posted. When I asked them why, they said it was posted. It's not, my review is not on their site. They get around large numbers of negative reviews by filtering them on product color and frequently changing colors available.
That, or they hide/remove negative reviews instead of improving their products.
Overall, they are a shady company with poor quality travel mugs.

The 3 in1 does NOT keep drinks cool, and after spending $30 for it, you have to spend more to fit a popular Coors Light can! After several contacts with the company, they are more about their policies than real customer service. They do not listen or care and I will never do business with them again - not that they care.
Horrible customer service STAY AWAY
This company’s service is absolutely horrendous. 1 week shipping time, incorrect/incomplete products sent, over a week response time with customer service not to mention the customer service was rude and basically said I should be happy with a 1 week response time….
I returned all several hundred dollars worth of products due to their poor service. If I have an issue with a product in this price tier compared to its competitors, I should have a resolution in a week (new part or product in hand) not my first response at 1 week.
I’m not sure where the company’s profits are going, but they should be putting some towards customer service if they want to keep people loyal to their brand.
