I ordered two mixer coaster combos in May 2026 for Fathers Day gifts. I received one coaster set and one mixer glass which should have been two at $94.99 each. When reached out to customer service, I had to provide pictures and was refunded $44.99, which is the cost of one mixer glass not to include the taxes that I have already paid for. When I asked instead of the refund, can I just have the order completed by sending the mixer glass. I was told no, a refund was issued. Well when i go to reorder the mixer at $44.99 to complete the set, the total is $60.97. The refund was so far off from the total sale since I was not provided the opportunity to decide if I wanted a refund or a mixer.
Avoid ReserveBar
Really wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.
I purchased a gift for my daughter, with the issues starting from the time of order. I couldn’t select the delivery date, being a gift this was a problem.
After sending a message to ReserveBar enquiring when the gift would be delivered, the run around started.
I was told the deliveries are usually within 2-3 days after order but mine order had been delayed, however no explanation as to why. I was then told that as I placed the order on a Saturday, I could expect the delivery within 3-4 days.
After the 3-4 days, another to say they didn’t have my selected wine in stock and could they send a substitute.
Next I get a message from the delivery company, they would deliver in another 3-4 days.
So this order took 9 business days to deliver, some 7 days longer than first advised.
My advise, avoid ReserveBar. Totally unreliable.
Don't let you login after creating account
I was looking forward to using ReserveBar. I don't know what the deal is with this company, business or whatever they are. After creating an account, that was all I could do besides getting emails from them. For months on end I've been trying to login to my account that only causes a message to popup about them making changes to their website, seeking that all users create a new account. Even after doing just that the same ole thing over and over again. Won't allow me to login. On top of this, the website will not even except my address. This is super crazy. Maybe one day they will get it right, for now... It's my local ABC store. I wanted to like ReserveBar, but they started off giving me every reason not to like them. That's very bad and no good way to have a business or do business.
Lost package zero customer service
My package seems lost but they already got my money so I’m getting no response from the company. I’ll just have to file fraud with my bank. So sorry i purchased here.

Don't do it, it's all a scam. They are just middlemen who charge a premium. I currently have a complaint on my American Express for their failed delivery.
Orders don't ship for months if ever
Ordered barsys 2.0 coaster with mixing glass on 11/28/25. Received email on 12/4 with tracking info. Tracking info still states waiting on business to drop off package for shipping. No response to emails asking for updates. Not worth the headache. Attempting credit card charge back.
This was my first time ordering
This was my first time ordering, and I expected everything to ship together from one location. Instead, the company appears to act as a middleman, sourcing products from different places. I ordered three bottles, and they arrived on three separate days from three different locations in the U.S.—one from New Jersey and two from different cities in California.
Two of the shipments didn’t require an adult signature and were simply left on my doorstep, which is concerning because it makes it easy for minors to receive these items with just a credit card. As for packaging, each bottle came in a large box with thin bubble wrap and plenty of oversized brown paper. The protection wasn’t great—you could hear the bottle sliding around inside the box when tipping it. Honestly, I’m surprised none of them broke during transit.
Overall, the products arrived intact (luckily), but the shipping process and packaging could definitely be improved.

I ordered an item from them. They took the money and said it would ship out within 2 to 3 days and it’s been two weeks and still haven’t received it and keep getting an email saying that my order has been delayed and you can’t get a hold of customer service it takes 2 to 3 business days for them to get back to you. Not very good customer service.
Shitty sub par service
Order 2 expensive bottles of Jefferson Bourbon, ship from a different entity from Chicago IL. Took 7 days to arrive to southern Illinois. Could not get a phone from Reserve bar. Every time I answered the phone they would hang up on me. Shitty sub par service.

Fantastic customer service! When I had a problem with my online order, they responded instantly and made it right—and then some. I'm thoroughly impressed and will definitely order again.

Terrible!!! Delivered only part of order. Never received a response about the rest of it. The automated system (which is the ONLY thing available) claims my order number isn’t in the system. No response and no refund from anyone. Do NOT use this service.

If I could give less stars I would! I ordered a bottle of bourbon to be delivered on Father’s Day. Didn't show up on time and also never, I received many emails apologizing for their crappy business but nothing else. I finally cancelled the order because I kept getting emails apologizing for their crappy business delay. I cancelled the order, bought a bottle that requested them to send, sent it myself, and it arrived. Way faster than this company, who I can’t say enough negative things about! They suck! Never, ever use this company!

I read all the reviews prior to ordering and, since there were some pretty positive reviews, I thought I would give it a shot; and boy do I regret it. I ordered Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liquer. before I go further, their customer service was great and messaged me daily with updates, and I definitely did not feel ghosted. I got the order a week later, and it was Pomp & Whimsy Gin (not Gin Liquer). I reached out to customer service, and got a response within 10 minutes apologizing and offering to make it right. In a day or two I got the return label, and returned the Gin, and got a response daily saying, "we see the return is in transit, and will let you know when it is received and we will ship the correct order promptly". their customer service deserves kudos for their communication. after a week, i got the email that the return was received, but they refunded my money as they did not have the Gin Liquer in stock. so I had to wait two weeks to be told that, and for my refund? Do not waste your time and money with Reserve Bar!

Placed an order on 3/7/25. On the website it lists shipping 2-3 days. Finally got in touch with someone (via email only) that said the item is pre-sale and the distributor doesn’t have it in stock. Not able to provide a refund as they already started the “processing” of getting a label created to ship. AVOID AVOID AVOID! I wish I looked up reviews before purchasing.

I ordered a product with a gift package included (pictured on the website) and reason I ordered and did not receive. When I requested the gift boxing, I was told I would not get and the company would offer $15 for my inconvenience or inconvenience me to send the bottle back. Horrible customer service!! DO NOT Order from this company. Stay away!! I wish I never ordered from this company and 100% have never experienced such bad customer service!
Horribly disappointing experience
Horribly disappointing experience. Went to order Christmas gifts of whiskey to be delivered to family members for Christmas early December - delivery stated it would be made in a matter of hours so waited until Christmas week to order it.
Completed two gift orders on 22nd December with the promise of delivery in a matter of hours- first delivery failed completely several days later (delivery person claimed no one was there at time of delivery which was not the case, then we were told they couldn’t find the address?! Then just said they would refund) and second order is still ‘underway’- well over three weeks late. Communication quite poor, long waits for responses. The whole point of these orders were for Christmas gifts. Never again. It would have been easier and faster to get on a plane and deliver them myself.
Google a local independent store and deal with directly and give them your business would be my recommendation- never again will I use Jameson.com which all communication is through Reservebar.com
