I waited to see if the queen was…
I waited to see if the queen was accepted before submitting this review. A Buckfast Q to Welsh blacks is supposed to be difficult! Inspected today, eight days after introduction. Eggs in a nice pattern and a happy Queen on her brood.

All's well at bee manor!
Bees arrived on time, in good condition and demeanor. Started collecting pollen the day after installation in the hive. The bees are very calm and industrious.

Delighted with BS queen
BS delivered a healthy queen with as advertised, and ready to go straight to my hive. The introduction seems to have gone very well so far to an already gentle hive, so I’m looking forward to more of the same

My first nuc through the post
Bees arrived on time and in good condition. The instructions were clear-I had not had a nuc delivered before. We left bees until Sunday and they seemed in very good order when we transferred them to the hive.

First Class in all things
I have waited a few weeks since my purchase to complete this review, this is so I can be absolutely definitive. I have been a customer of BS Bees for a number of years, purchasing NUCs in the past. Once again they have come up trumps. The bees purchased are thriving, multiplying and quiet. There can be no doubt that I shall continue to make BS Bees my first port of call when purchasing bees for friends new to beekeeping or myself. One special mention is that when you visit, the people are always friendly and accommodating, makes the journey worthwhile. The communication is always first class.
