When I took delivery of my Queen for BS honey I thought a very good touch was an email welcoming me to BS and if I needed any help or advice someone would be on hand. I will definitely buy again off BS hone.

Decent and honest.
Easy to use site, arrived on time, well caged and packed with attendant nurse bees, and nicely marked.
In addition I had to telephone the owner on an earlier order where I needed to make a last minute change, he was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I ordered a nuc a few months ago and…
I ordered a nuc a few months ago and delivery was set for early June. Regular updates from BS Honey kept me well informed particularly when the bad weather affected the growth of the colony in the nuc.
Eventually received the bees a couple of weeks after the scheduled dates and was kept informed at all stages.
The bees themselves are calm and doing well since receipt.
I'd recommend BS Honey for anyone looking for good bees.

BS Honey issued the order as per the dates specified and kept me updated on my order.
The really helpful part I found was the introduction guidance and the short video that the company provides, which clearly explained the method for queen introduction and provided some useful tips too.
