Amazing kitchen Gadgets

I had been seeing and hearing so much about Buchymix, so I finally bought one for my spouse. After using it, I can honestly see why it is highly recommended. It is very effective, blends smoothly, and performs impressively well. It has been a great addition to our kitchen—truly one of the best blenders we have used.

The processor is not working well and all efforts to reach the manufacturer for return has proved abortive

Customer service extremely slow and poor to resolve issues. To Issue Store credit that will still be used on the company's website has taken Buchymix UK 6 months.
No contact except I email and ask, then I get half-hearted responses and assurances of escalation without anything actually been done.

Extremely disgusted!! And disappointed!!

For the record, I have bought about 3 buchymix blenders, one airfryer oven and a juicer. The juicer had an issue and Buchymix has been promising to issue store credit since March. All has come to naught.

The product is bad really bad , the airfryer stops in the middle of cooking, when l set it for 23 minutes if l’m air frying meat it stops at 10minutes. Sometimes the air fryer will not work for hours, it keep stopping.
