I returned bj20 juicer on the 7th of April , 2026. Up till now my refund has not been processed. Buchymix business is a fraudster. I didi not ask them to help me keep my money. Refund my money back.

I got Buchymix blender and juicer a week ago…just got to use them today and I’m extremely satisfied. Please improve on your calls. You hardly respond to phone calls . I called couple of times before going there so I can get help with your location but no one responded

I bought a Buchymix Ultra Heavy Duty Soundproof Commercial Grade Blender in May 2026. It was cool as recommended. It met all my expectations that I could recommend to friends and acquaintances.
Everything was fine until this fateful day while the blender was in use it suddenly went off and all the sockets in the kitchen went off too.Apparently all appliances in the kitchen went off. I went to my main switchboard and noticed that the kitchen circuit box tripped off. I switched it on and switched on all appliances in the kitchen and everything worked perfectly. When I switched on the Buchimix blender same issue happened again. It tripped off the kitchen circuit a second time. Apparently, the issue is now streamlined to the Buchimix blender. I did a mail to customer service and got a response saying they were sorry about my experience and requested if I could send back the Blender so they could have a look before sending a replacement. I sent the item and upon confirming receipt a new Buchymix was dispatched to me. This is great and commendable.
On the downside I had to incur the cost of sending the blender back to them. That is sure not fair on the customer. The customer has already suffered enough for his inability to use the appliance because of the electrical fault; to now suffer further cost is not superior customer service. I would have given a 5* if not for the extra cost I incurred in sending back the faulty item. Thank you.

Update: It finally got delivered, today.

Order #6276, placed 5 August, ₦209,175.00 paid in full. Buchymix (buchymix.com.ng) advertises delivery in 2 to 8 days. Eleven days later, nothing had shipped.

When I chased it, their Operations Manager emailed to say the product is "currently sold out across our stores in Nigeria." So the item was listed, paid for, and order-confirmed — while they had no stock to fulfil it with. No amount of apologetic wording in that email changes the basic fact.

What made it worse: rather than simply refunding me, the same email pushed me to "upgrade" to a ₦269,000 model conveniently available for immediate dispatch. That is ₦59,825 more than I had already paid. Being upsold after they failed to deliver the product I bought is not customer service.

I replied on 16 August requesting a full refund. As of today I have received neither the blender nor my ₦209,175.

If you're considering ordering from Buchymix: don't assume anything on the site is actually in stock, and understand that once they have your money, getting it back runs on their timeline, not yours.

I literally condemned this company without knowing i was using the wrong strainer for my juicer until i reached out to them after 3 months . Now i can testify that Buchymix juicer is so good . Coming for the food processor nexr
