I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with BudgetAir has been one of the most frustrating travel experiences I've ever had.

I booked a round-trip ticket from Delhi to San Francisco through BudgetAir. The problems started when my outbound flight was delayed by nearly 10 hours, leaving me stranded at the airport with little support. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there.

My return flight was changed multiple times, and I was repeatedly asked to deal with additional visa requirements and travel complications that were completely outside of my control. I spent countless hours sending emails, waiting in chat queues, and trying to reach customer support, only to receive generic responses or no response at all.

Eventually, I was informed that my ticket would be cancelled and refunded. Based on that assurance, I started making alternative travel arrangements. However, days later, I still had not received a cancellation confirmation, refund, or any meaningful update. This left me unable to confidently rebook flights, arrange accommodation, or plan my return journey.

What has been most disappointing is not just the disruption itself, but the complete lack of communication and accountability. When customers are dealing with cancelled or changed flights, they need timely support and clear information. Instead, I was left chasing updates through every available channel with little to no response.

I would strongly advise travelers to think carefully before booking through BudgetAir. When everything goes smoothly, it may seem fine. But if something goes wrong, getting support appears to be incredibly difficult.
