Flight VJ843 was rescheduled at 3:30pm on 10th July 2026 than regular 7:00pm departure. BUDGEAIR team did not inform me by email. Therefore, I missed my flight due to your negleance!
I need my payment refund for VJ843 (10 July 2026) and VJ1805 (11 July 2026)!

Thank you for sharing this feedback. Missing a flight due to an unexpected schedule change is a very stressful experience, and it is completely understandable that this situation caused a lot of distress.
The airline changed the schedule within 24 hours of the departure time, which created a very tight window for communication. Rest assured that the booking is being reviewed closely, and contact will be made with the airline regarding the refund request for both flights.
An update will be sent directly via a separate email as soon as there is more information from the airline.
