Hotel we have booked has building work…
Hotel we have booked has building work going on and the main pool and snack bar are closed but we were never told this when booking
Budget travel say tough nothing they can do !!!!!
Looking for us to pay over €500 to move hotels shocking customer service we should have been told their would be construction going on and we wouldn’t have booked this hotel
No compensation to change hotels for free or option for a refund

Very helpful staff
I booked a package holiday with budget travel. The price worked out cheaper than booking flights and accommodation separately. Through my own fault I picked accommodation with no pool. I contacted budget travel and was put through to Nicola. She was so helpful and patient and sent me on quotes for different hotels that I was interested in. Thank you Nicola. Have traveled with budget travel a few times and always hassle free.

The responder to my call today did not…
The responder to my call today did not know that Ryanair charges for printing boarding passes. I had to double check with her as to my knowledge RyanAir has been charging for the boarding passes for almost a year

there was a commuunication breakdown…
there was a commuunication breakdown while I was trying to book my flights to Sydney, I began the process on October 22 and it took two attempts with two staff memeners and then the general sales force team before I finally got the booking completed on November 2nd.
