Girls Trip
A group of ladies booked a trip to Benidorm for a 40th Birthday in September. We stayed at the Pierre & Vacaances Levante apartments. They were superb. Great location, clean, spacious and perfect for our group. Neasa in Budget Travel was a dream to deal with, couldn't fault a thing.

Mislead on Taxes/Fees charged until late in process
I received quote and paid deposit - with no mention by them of extra taxes/fees. In T&C (within 17 pages) it says they "may" apply. It was only when I got document to print off for travel - that they highlighted that approx €200 extra would be charged by hotel. At that stage too late to look for other options This should have ben highlighted at start. They since told me that 90% of time these charges apply........ so why not tell me this at the start. I feel I was mislead.

I used budget travel for the first time…
I used budget travel for the first time as a work colleague had recommended that I give Nessa a call. She had recommended a great holiday for himself and his wife not once but twice. He wasn’t wrong. Nessa suggested the Casa saboners hotel in Palma nova Mallorca for me and my family and it was one of the best holidays I have had in a long time. The hotel was perfect for my budget, location and more importantly my kids had the best time. Thank you so much Nessa for all your help, I will be definitely booking with you in January

Not helpful
First purchased holiday for total of €1070. Received a phone call a few minutes later stating that nothing was booked as Tracy from Budget Travel thought it may have lost connection between myself and Budget Travel when paying €75 deposit. Tracy advised to rebook and she would take the hold off my €75 which was paid.
When I went to rebook after that phone call the holiday had jumped up by €500. When I rang Tracy back she just said there was nothing she could do for me.

When you place your order online the email you receive states if we are unable to confirm your booking we will be in touch by the next working day. Your booking did not confirm due to an increase in live pricing. Tracey gave you the option of returning your deposit and submitting your booking again at the higher price. We apologize that this happened but as we work with real time availability it is out of our control.

Family Holiday

No amenities for the kids whatsoever but a pool
There was suppose to be kids entertainment and discos and quizzes included in the holiday park all that there is included is a pool which isn’t worth the money I paid kids are bored with nothing to do here false advertisement wouldn’t book holiday park in Santa ponsa again not worth the money

Whilst there is no kids club at this property they do provide an entertainment programme. Had this not been available during your stay if you had reached out to us we could have possibly moved you to alternative accommodation that provided this.
However as we were never contacted it is impossible for us to rectify this issue but despite this we do hope there many other aspects of your holiday that you were able to enjoy.

The human touch
Had to book over the phone due to computer and mobile phone problems encountered at payment stage.Aoife made the booking process hassle free and even went above and beyond in booking our seats too. She was a very genuine friendly person without the corporate speak.
