Wrong item sent and one item missing
Wrong item sent and one item missing! Also, a couple of the sets are quite worn and unwearable. Such a shame as it’s a great concept!

When sending out your bundlee, if any of the clothes you've selected become unavailable, we replace them with some similar pieces we think you'll also love. We know this isn't ideal so we're currently creating a system that will notify you when this happens so you can choose the replacement items. In the meantime, we really appreciate your understanding whilst we try and improve our growing business 💪
For your missing item, I can see we've sent you an additional piece which I hope has reached you safely.
I'm sorry you've also not been happy with the condition of certain items in your bundlee. We rent out our pieces to multiple members and there will be some signs of use, however we always try to make sure they're in an acceptable condition when doing so. We'll definitely pass this onto our team to keep improving our service.

Love the concept & great quality clothes for baby
Love the concept, as I already went through mountains of unused baby clothes by the time he’s 6 months old. Bundlee offer good brands with great quality fabrics, which otherwise I wont buy because they’ll grow out of it so fast! Items arrived very nice, clean, and well taken care of.

I wish I knew about Bundlee earlier! The clothes are of great quality and they are so much fun. You can choose from beautiful prints to even more basic items. I love that baby can wear a variety of clothes that is more eco friendly and it’s very budget friendly! I am a huge fan so far

Given as a gift but pleasantly surprised
Given as a gift for the birth of our son. Loved the quality of clothes and the styles were very cool. Easy delivered and all set up with a return label and same bag to send it back. Makes so much sense I’m compared to buying clothes as our babies grow at such a rapid speed! Would recommend to a friend

I’m loving my bundlee and so is my lil…
I’m loving my bundlee and so is my lil boy. He’s got sensory issues and doesn’t like to wear clothes but he loves his soft and comfortable Bundlee clothes. The wrap over vest is a favourite of mine bc it keeps him covered & he can’t escape from it.

Love the concept: sizing/thickness difficult to get right on 1st go so get support team to help out
Love the concept and not having loads of clothes sitting around after LO has grown out of them - it was hard to get the right sizes and seasonal wardrobe on the first go as I didn’t know all the brands. I got in touch with Bundlee support team and explained situation and they sorted it out for me 😊

Great service, super simple to use, great clothes too. Have used it from day 1 with my baby and don’t have a pile of baby clothes to sort/store/donate etc. He’s now one and I’ll keep using Bundlee for as long as I can. I constantly recommend it to everyone, it’s just so good!

Great concept and first bundle!
The Bundlee concept is really interesting - why spend tons of money (and kids’ clothes are expensive!) buying clothes that will outgrow in 3 months, worrying about donating/ selling or storing them, when you can just rent and reuse! Our first bundle (the curated capsule) for our 3 month old was really nice; good quality and nice colours! It was also customised for the weather - so that’s a thoughtful touch. Will the set of 15 suffice entirely for 3 months? Maybe not, and there will be occasions when you might want to dress up your little one special.. but I think the bundle should cover for 70-80% of the usage. We look forward to the next bundle and even might try the customisable option. In terms of feedback, I would like options to swap specific clothes, rather than all at once. Also would be nice to choose from your capsule inventory, rather than getting a complete surprise! Good work

The idea is good but I didnt like it
The idea is good but I didnt like the clothles and not suitable. So personally doesn't work for me.
But the issue is I tried to cancel and website was down then since I can't log in to cancel and can't reset password.
I just want to send the clothles back and cancel

Such a fantastic service. Our baby boy is growing so quickly and is moving from newborn to 0-3, to 3-6 at a rapid rate - so Bundlee is the perfect solution to make sure we don't buy unnecessary clothes. Rubbish Custtomer service ordered…
Rubbish Custtomer service ordered mystery bundle for my daughter and all the clothes were stretched and un usual e also all the clothes had a really funny smell to them, they don’t fit my doctor I emailed them but I’m still waiting for it rectified and this was a mounth ago, decided to give them a second try and order for my son and the order hasn’t came!!! I don’t recommend using this service at all

We ask our customers to place a swap request in your Customer Account, so that we can help you make the swap. As we hadn’t received a Swap request, we weren’t aware you wanted to Swap. I just found from your email from last week in our spam which is why you hadn’t gotten a response. We usually respond to emails on the same working day.
