Although I like the products for rabbits, I was sent the wrong item/ hay. Expecting them to refund me or send the one I paid for, I was sorely disappointed. Therefore they have lost my custom and I would not recommend them. Very unhelpful customer service

FORAGE FROM BUNNY BISTRO CONTAINS POISONOUS PLANTS - DO NOT BUY! I found Horsetail and Convolvulus weeds, which are poisonous for rabbits, in both the Dandelion Leaf and the Strawberry Forage from Bunny Bistro. I reported this to them and thought they would remove all the contaminated product from sale so as not to poison their customers' pets. BUT, when I ordered replacement forage it also contained these poisonous weeds! This showed me that Bunny Bistro are not a reputable supplier. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Sadly after years of buying the flower mix for my two rabbits and them loving it, the most recent bag was a bright orange rather than a more yellow colour and smelt a bit odd. Both rabbits have refused to eat it despite being their favourite thing ever. Not sure why it’s changed but I’ll try elsewhere as I buy a kg every month

At least a third of a large box of hay was extremely bitty and dusty. I messaged to be told they would investigate. I hadn’t heard anything for over two weeks so I messaged and they just said it must have happened during transit and took no responsibility, was very dismissive. They wouldn’t offer a solution. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing unless you want very bitty, dusty hay. Very poor customer service

Fast delivery. My rabbits love the hay!

Had an issue with the lavender and chamomile salad as it was rotten. Sent photos and asked for a refund on that 1kg bag. I had one reply to my emails and then nothing. After weeks of trying to get a reply I was at the point of contacting my bank to retrieve the money, when a box arrived with 1kg of 100g bags. No one ever responded to my emails, or let me know they were sending this. I had already replaced the forage and, and whilst I am appreciative of the replacement, I now have to try and store 10 smaller bags in my 2 bed house with 16 animals in rescue.
Please just communicate with your customers. Sadly I won’t be using again when service from Wild About Bunnies and Just4Rabbits is so amazing.

A love this company so much. Every month a get my guineau pigs a box every month and am so excited 😁 😆 to see what is inside. It is full of nice and tasty things 😋 for my boys, even get a toy. Well worth the money. Delivery is super fast aswell. Amazing 👏
