Das Burchda RX26 wird mit einer maximalen Fahrerbelastung von 180 kg beworben. Der serienmäßige Stoßdämpfer ist jedoch mit nur 100 lbs Federhärte ausgestattet, was ungefähr einem Fahrergewicht von 45 kg entspricht. Für ein Fahrrad mit einer beworbenen Tragfähigkeit von 180 kg ist das völlig unzureichend und nicht akzeptabel.

I I indicated in a reply to your service that a defective sensor had been fitted to the delivered brakes with my previous order, but I received no response, or no replacement was included with the sensor I ordered, even under warranty.

I find it unfortunate that no warranty coverage is guaranteed for a fairly expensive part.

After a long time waiting for my bike to be delivered (5 months) I am so happy about the Burchda HC26. The Burchda team was always writing me and updating me about the delivery. Long wait but worth it!

Hallo ja leider nicht gute Leistung beim rx20. Die angegebene 30 Grad Steigung wird nicht erreicht, nur ca 19 Grad. Der Regler viel zu klein bei mir steht drauf 20 ah . Ist gut für 500-750watt aber nicht für 1500watt. Da der Motor und Regler beim Test nicht ausgegangen und ich vorher stehen geblieben bin, das der nicht 1500watt hat. Wahrscheinlich auch kein guter sinus Regler daher auch die Geräusche. Durchmesser der gesamt Räder besser insgesamt 26-27 Zoll. So über 29 Zoll und daher von der geringen Hebelwirkung zu groß. Wiege selber 73 kg und sollte daher reichen. Habe leider keine Antwort bekommen daher meine rezision. Kann ja sein das falsche Komponenten verbaut sind. Aber so viel mmmm

I ordered the OTIDA X2 3000W Dual Battery (52V 60AH) on May 6, 2026 (Order #OTD1052). The order confirmation from OTIDA clearly specified the dual-battery configuration, with delivery to Italy. Payment of EUR 1,459.16 was processed immediately via American Express.
Two days later, I received an email from Burchda stating that "at the same price, we can only ship you the single-battery version" — citing my European location as justification.
This is factually incorrect and commercially dishonest. Their own documentation confirms they operate European distribution capacity and that the dual-battery configuration is logistically deliverable to Italy. The real issue is an internal pricing discrepancy of their own making, which they are attempting to resolve at the customer's expense after payment has been accepted.
This is a textbook Bait and Switch. I have initiated a formal fraud dispute with American Express and notified European consumer protection authorities.
I am still awaiting either fulfillment of the original order or a full refund of EUR 1,459.16 — the exact amount charged, including unauthorized currency conversion fees.

Warning: Be very careful with this e-bike sales website because the e-bike ads for sale are fake, and the e-bikes advertised as being in stock are a lie.
