I canceled my order but they said I didn't cancel properly, so they sent it anyways. Then next month they say my order is shipping out. I made it clear I no longer reside there and that I canceled previous month. They said not properly, what a joke. So I went in again a canceled again. They said it's too late it already shipped. So now I have to wait for them to receive back from return to sender. They'll probably lie about that and.say they never got it

I placed my order May 10, 2026. Today is June 17, 2026 and I have yet to receive it. I've received multiple emails from the company basically stating that it's worth the wait because they make the product fresh instead of it sitting on a shelf for a long time. I'd rather get the product to at least be able to try it instead of those emails. I do not recommend subscribing to get the discount either because the next subscription will be charged to your card before you ever receive the first order.

Rubbish product. Also won’t cancel the order even when you email them multiple times, just keep charging your card. Product does nothing to be honest,

Total scam. Two months later, no product. All tracking links expired, no meaningful contact with the company. Do not buy.

They sent me a email stating that my package was delivered. They refer me to the shipping company that lied about product being delivered. If they consider throwing a package in the lobby of a building with over 50 families as being delivered. That’s being lazy and irresponsible when my info contains the apt number. So now no product and out of $50.00

This company claims their product is 100% American, yet ships the product from China. Deceptive. Next when I bought the product, I was somehow signed up for a subscription which is also deceptive. Next, upon cancelling my subscription, I got a nasty email from the “founder” of this company, named only “Max”. If the founder of the company won’t even give his last name, he obviously isn’t proud of his company or he is not even real.
