They sent me a email stating that my package was delivered. They refer me to the shipping company that lied about product being delivered. If they consider throwing a package in the lobby of a building with over 50 families as being delivered. That’s being lazy and irresponsible when my info contains the apt number. So now no product and out of $50.00

To echo another reviewer--how can you claim to be "Made in America" but ship from China? Also beware, when I ordered, my order was converted to a subscription without my knowledge or consent. Took almost a month for the order to arrive, and I promptly shipped it BACK to China, and then without notification or warning, another order was placed, and despite me immediately finding and cancelling the subscription, and notifying customer service, I was informed that it was too late. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are criminals, using an American based registered agent to claim "Made in America". Utter frauds!

American made? Then why am I receiving my package from China? Another false advertisement from another Fake American company. Even if their headquarters are in the States, you don't ship off the product to another country just to have it shipped back. 7-10 Business days? It's been 17 "business days" now...

My oder never arrived! It was ordered over a month and a half ago. The tracking clearly shows it is still intransit. I contacted the company repeatedly and they would not issue me a refund. They said I had to send it back to get a refund. How do I send something back that NEVER arrived? Absolutely horrible customer experience. I have no idea if the stuff works or not but they just flat ripped me off for $90! Also the tracking shows it shipped from China not the US like they claim, just all around dissapointing.

This product is a scam order was held up in customs supposedly from Wyoming a lie so tried to return and have to send it to a address in China and are responsible for shipping absolute lie and scam

Absolutely a scam company. Stay away. Never received product. And got charged for subscription AFTER I cancelled. Customer service is a joke at best.

I purchased a bottle April 5th and to date I have not received the product. Reached out to customer support and was told it could take 10-20 days for the shipping process. I just got a notification I was charged for another bottle and it supposedly shipped. Still no product at all. Contacted support again and it is the same old story. This place is a scam do not recommend at all. Going to the bank to get my money back and reporting.

Buyer beware. First, the product ships from China. When asked, the claim is it’s shipped from China for “logistic purposes.” So, is the product made in the USA, then shipped to China for logistic shipping back to the United States? Or, are U.S. sourced ingredients shipped to China for production then shipping? It’s a mystery. Second, a slimy money back return policy. If one wants a refund they have to pay to ship the package back to China. The shipping fees alone almost cost the price one pays for the product. They offer one a 15% refund of the purchase price in lieu of shipping it back and you can keep the product. This is what they bank on as they still make a profit from a product that isn’t verified how it’s produced or sourced. A reputable company doesn’t operate this way.

Awful, just excuses from China! They "Claim" to be American Grown and made........NOPE! Be Careful, Scam that frankly I am amazed has gone on this long. Caveat Emptor! Just FYI ordered 30 days ago and no shipment but tons of excuses!

I ordered this product from a company that is supposed to be US based sourced bison, pictures of American flags and veteran owned. I became suspicious, when I received my tracking number for my order. My tracking number was linked to a shipping company in China! I contacted customer support immediately with questions. After two months of back-and-forth emails, and never receiving a product. I wrote this purchase off as a learning experience. This company is a scam, buyer beware. Their business address in Wyoming comes back to an empty storefront. If you have purchased this product and are consuming it, you might want to look into it and do your own research. If you can afford it, have a lab test it for authenticity. Be prepared for what the answer could bring. If this product came from China, there’s no telling what you’re putting in your body. This company is a scam. Do not give them your money.
