Product is fine , just started taking them. I ordered 3 bottles , haven't finished the 1st bottle and theyve already shipped and billed me for another 9 bottles. Not impressed with that part of the business

Awful, just excuses from China! They "Claim" to be American Grown and made........NOPE! Be Careful, Scam that frankly I am amazed has gone on this long. Caveat Emptor! Just FYI ordered 30 days ago and no shipment but tons of excuses!

I ordered this product from a company that is supposed to be US based sourced bison, pictures of American flags and veteran owned. I became suspicious, when I received my tracking number for my order. My tracking number was linked to a shipping company in China! I contacted customer support immediately with questions. After two months of back-and-forth emails, and never receiving a product. I wrote this purchase off as a learning experience. This company is a scam, buyer beware. Their business address in Wyoming comes back to an empty storefront. If you have purchased this product and are consuming it, you might want to look into it and do your own research. If you can afford it, have a lab test it for authenticity. Be prepared for what the answer could bring. If this product came from China, there’s no telling what you’re putting in your body. This company is a scam. Do not give them your money.

Overall good experience and nice that it is a subscription then I don't forget buying!

Good product but took a bit long to arrive

If I could give zero stars, then I would!!! This is a subscription scam. Even after requesting cancellation in writing via their website, email, and text message, I was still charged and send bogus product. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I didnt know why I didnt realise earlier you are what you eat. My wife is so happy now again with the new me.

I’ll add to what people have already posted should have checked the reviews. Shipping from over seas was weird so I checked trustpilot after writing the support email and no answer. I cancelled the subscription.

Scummy/Scammy company with either AI customer service or zero empathy. Ordered the product, got a tractor number in 3 days....Chinese logistics company for an American product. Red flag #1. Followed international tracking from China to NY to NJ. Red flag #2. Received package clearly marked "Made in China" Red flag #3. Contacted customer service and was told they use international tracking "logistics" for a US-made and shipped product. Then was told that they use international warehouses to store and ship their US-Made products. Red flag #4. None of their bottles have an address, website, or any identifiable information. Red flag #5. Each time I contacted customer service, I got a cookie-cutter response with no empathy or understanding of my concerns.

I cannot and a will not trust this company anymore. I was able to cancel further subscriptions.

Primal Edge selling American bison products for men is a scam. Do not fall for this scam. They ship products from overseas. Contact your credit card company immediately to put a dispute on the charge if you order. Their website looks very legit. Cannot tell that it is fake until you see that their products are shipping from abroad.

I am from wyoming and yáll should already know that BISON IS THE BEST when i saw this i had to try it. For 50 bucks some pills that work wow not used to that

I recently purchased a supplement that brandished an American flag on the label and was labeled 100% American sourced. They're web page even showed a Wyoming business address. My suspicion was aroused when I received an unusual tracking number. A simple google search showed that it was a Chinese shipper originating in mainland China. I then looked up the address on google maps. A tiny office with no sign or visible branding. A trust pilot search then confirmed my fears. I then found this Article claiming the address is used in multiple online scams.

I have to say that at my age 56M you don't really see a lot of supplements that give you hope. However seeing this one it makes so much sense first of all bison is AMERICAN. What kind of patriot would i be if i didnt want to support a local business. Secondly Bison if ofc stronger then reindeer or beef so that makes also sense. You are what you eat remember. Ordered on february 3rd and received the 12th, was a bit of a wait however on the email they responded quickly saying that the harvest from january was almost out of stock so i understood. Gotta say good work guys this supplement works! My hormones are significantly better according to my bloodwork. I am happy I get 2 bottles every month!

I will not comment on the product itself - only that the company is fraudulent in its claims of 100% satisfaction or a refund. The statement is not in good faith - they repeatedly try to get you to not follow through on ANY return and when pressed inform you that shipping back to their Chinese facility will cost more than the refund - so, effectively - returns are impossible. If you love the product - go for it - but don't count on any return.
