Il mio ordine da Benson consisteva in una bellissima cesta in vimini che ho utilizzato per riporvi le coperte vicino al divano ma poi potrò mettere il mio albero di Natale e posizionarlo nel mio terrazzo.
Delle bellissime palle di Natale colori oro, con sfumature che raccolgono la luce, 2 maglie natalizie in cotone biologico e una candela alla vaniglia che ha profumato casa e i miei ospiti hanno apprezzato molto.
Un'esperienza molto soddisfacente, consiglio vivamente l'acquisto sul loro sito😍

Colis non reçu
Je ne peux pas donner un avis sur un produit que je n'ai pas reçu.
Mon expérience se limite à une absence de livraison de ma commande à cause du transporteur.
Ma commande a été retournée au site vendeur car le point de dépôt a refusé le colis. Aucune solution n'a été tentée pour que je puisse récupérer ce colis autrement, avant son retour à la case départ.
Je suis en attente du remboursement de ma commande.
Vraiment déçue...

Ich war erst so begeistert von der Firma! Aber leider ist im September meine Spritzpistole kaputt gegangen uns seit dem versuche ich den Kundenservice per Email zu erreichen. Man bekommt nur eine automatische Antwort dass man sich schnell möglich meldet. Wir haben jetzt Ende Dezember und es ist immer noch nichts passiert.
Sorry, für mich ist das kein Kundenservice!

Ware fehlerhaft, keine Kundenfreundlichkeit
Teure Ware hat Macken/Fehler (B-Ware?!), man schreibt dem Support und erhält keine Antwort, seit 3 Wochen. Paypal wird nun über den Vorgang informiert. Sieht im Internet alles toll aus, aber beide Artikel sind beschädigt und will man was, kann man es vergessen. Der Kunde scheint hier wenig wert zu sein.

No response from customer service. I believe this is a scam.
Be careful. I believe this is a scam. I purchased two products. One of the Christmas tree stands broke immediately at the nut, and the other stand was completely broke/skewed, causing the Christmas tree to lean. I have filed a complaint via email and online forms since December 1st but have received no response. I suspect this company is a scam.

När kan vi räkna med att få svar från er? Jag beställde alltså produkten i 11/11. Enligt postnord har den returnerats till er?
Har inte fått avi om att produkten funnits att hämta på postombud. inte heller sms mail el missat samtal från postnord om ett ev. försök att leverera.
Produkten är betald och jag hoppas ni skickar en ny omgående alternativt krediterar mig.

Tyvärr är de överbelastade av det ökade antalet kundförfrågningar, vilket är anledningen till att det tar längre tid än vanligt för dem att återkomma till varje kund. De arbetar dock hårt för att återkomma till alla och du kommer garanterat att få hjälp av dem inom en snar framtid.

I'm actually not sure if this company is a scam. I bought an expensive water hose that did not last more than a few weeks. I wrote several emails to ask about guarantees, but never received a reply. Please be mindful when purchasing from this website.

Unfortunately our customer support team is swamped with the increased amount of customer enquiries they have received lately, which is the reason for taking longer than usual for them to get back to each customer. However they are working hard to get back to everyone and you will be sure to get help from them in not too long. What you can do meanwhile in case not yet, is to attach photos of the broken water hose to ensure the process will go faster once they get a chance to help you further.
