They misrepresent they are a USA company when the product comes from China. The size is not true to the size stated. Then if you want to return you have to pay for the shipping to China instead of Maine. What a scam.

Truly a bait and switch operation...can't believe the poor quality, misshapen construction and acrylic, not cashmere as advertised.
Says "we make it (returns) simple since your satisfaction matters"...absolute nonsense....customer has to return the item to China at their own expense!

Really pleased with the linen shorts. They’re light enough for warm weather but don’t have that thin or see through feeling some linen pieces can have.

Do NOT order from this company. As stated in other reviews they must be based in China. Ordered 2 shirts on October 12th and have yet to arrive ( October 28). Terrible communication other than the “ we understand” your frustration diatribe. Save yourself some grief and avoid Cabot Cove like the plague that it is!!!

I received my order from Cabot Cove today. While the response from the website about shipping and communications about when my package would arrive were good, the merchandise was not. Neither item I ordered looked like the online photos. The color was wrong and the quality of the items is poor. I will try to return the items, but shipping costs might make a return not worth it. I wish I would have checked them out more thoroughly before I ordered. This was my first order and it will be my last order.

There were a number of challenges with the shipping company and the Cabot Cove customer service folks have been outstanding. They respond quickly, gave me all the information I needed, were warm and professional. I am very impressed and grateful. These folks care about their customers.

Delivery took four days for me and I received tracking updates throughout. Everything inside the parcel was folded neatly and arrived in perfect condition.

I'd give 0 stars if it were possible.

I placed my first order after seeing a few pieces from the summer collection and chose two tops. Both fit true to the measurements on the size guide. Shipping was quick and I liked receiving proper updates instead of having to check the order page myself. The whole purchase felt well organised.

I would give it a 0 but that wasn’t a choice. I ordered what looked like a holiday sweater with tasteful glitter. What came was a t- shirt that I wouldn’t wear nor give away. It is absolutely ugly. Don’t buy from them!!!

I ordered a Gray cardigan. They sent me a white jacket. I have emailed them multiple times asking to return the item for a refund. They have admitted they sent the wrong product but in order to get the $59.00 refund they want me to pay the 45.oo return fee to send the product back to China. Their website states they will pay the return postage fee if it is due to company error. I have pointed this out in emails. I am now going to escalate the matter to my credit card company, the Better Business Bureau and State AG. Don't use this company.

Company is located in China not maine. Scam company. Do not buy from.

I was looking for a simple summer dress that didn’t feel too casual and this one worked perfectly. The fabric has a nice weight to it and the fit feels very feminine without being too fitted. Mine arrived well packed and earlier than I expected.

I keep getting shipment notifications but they seem to be bogus. Ordered two weeks ago. Clothes are apparently coming from China, not Maine in the US. Very misleading website.

I bought 2 cowl neck advertisrd as 'merino wool sweaters'. The tag inside both sweaters, states, 95% acrylic, and 5% elastane, another type of acrylic. This company LIES and should not be allowed to do business doing this sort of thing. they will not refund you , but only offer you further discounts on more obvious poor quality items. Just pathetic.

This place is a scam they state leather boots there fake pleather. Is like to know how to warm more people about this.
