This site is a scam! The sizing is all wrong, not true how it’s labeled at all. The customer service is a joke and they are so incredibly rude. They don’t provide a shipping label with your order and make it impossible to return something even though their site says “30 day no hassle returns”. That’s a lie. Terrible experience. They outsource from China; completely awful. Buyer beware: do not purchase anything from this site.

I’m quite particular about trousers because I don’t like anything digging into my waist when I sit down. These have enough structure to look smart but still feel comfortable after several hours. The leg shape is really flattering too. They’ve worked just as well in the office as they have for dinner.

Complete waste of money. Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. I spent around $40 for a cardigan sweater in xl. What I received might fit a petite small-size person. Laughable--I couldn't even fit my arm in the sleeve. No labels whatsoever, so who knows what it's made of. Smells funny. Not worth the cost and hassle to return. Total scam.

So pleased with my purchase and the outstanding customer support. Cabotcove went out of their way to keep me updated on what was a unique purchase requirement. Quality garment exceeded my expectations.

I give them a -10 rating. Don’t buy from them. A total scam. Product has not even close to what was advertised. Save your money!

Terrible company. Deceitful pictures and descriptions of products! Delayed stripping. Impossible to return and get refunds. Products are from China…though their online store claims “ Cabot Cove …Maine”

Do not give this company any money. Not only do they misrepresent where they're located, but it takes weeks for an order to come in despite promises that it will be there in a matter of days. Days. And when it arrived the material is paper thin. I can't believe I spent money on this. And of course because it's located in China, if you do return it, shipping is deducted from your return so it's not even worth it. Which I'm pretty sure is part of their strategy.

Do NOT ever buy anything from this company! The return policy is a joke. You will not get a refund. They offer you several discounts to buy more of their crappy clothing and tell you to keep the original cheap item you bought. The quality is horrendous. If I could not give any stars I would. Do not buy from them!!!!

BEWARE!!!! TOTAL SCAM! Items do not look as they did online. The company name is misleading, items come from China, horribly packaged balled up in a plastic envelope. Shorts I bought are garbage. Horrible design, awful fit. I went online to start a return. Ha!!!!!! They have all kinds of requirements, talk about extra charges for restocking in China. This purchase is going to Goodwill and I hope the shortsd will be useful to someone else.

I would not even give this one star, the clothing is the worst, not as described on web site. Do not order from this company , it comes out of China and it is a scam!!!

The linen midi dress has a beautiful flow and a very classic aesthetic. Fabric feels durable and high quality. The checkout page had a small loading error when processing my gift card, but customer care responded quickly and processed it manually for me over email.

Don't do it. This is a complete bait and switch. The clothes pictured are nothing like the clothes they sell. Take Cashmere sweater for example. These sweaters are 100 percent acrylic and contain absolutely no cashmere. Complete bait and switch--since by the time you figure it out you have already paid and the return shipping is too expensive to be worthwhile. SCAMMERS!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered clothing from them; it took about 3 weeks to arrive, and when it got to me, they were the wrong size. I contacted customer service, and they had me take 4 different steps (measuring, pictures, etc.) to prove that the wrong items were sent. And then they told me that if I wanted a full refund,, I would have to ship the clothes back to China. But it clearly states on their website that if they were at fault, they would pay for shipping and provide a refund. This company is a huge SCAM!!!

Buyer beware. This company makes you send returns back to China. And the quality of the products is horrible. I just tossed what I bought as it was only fit to wear on a scarecrow and there was no way to get a refund. Did not look anything like the photo on the web site.

I ordered the Cashmere Oversized Sweater with Turtleneck for Women. The package was received ripped open exposing the sweater ordered. Description on the website says it's "cashmere" and the pictures on the website look like real cashmere, but the actual fabric is definitely not real cashmere or even close to it. Looks like polyester. However, since there are no labels in the sweater to indicate the actual fabric content, I am only guessing as to polyester. Also, since there are no labels, there is no way to know what the washing instructions are. Nor do they have any washing instructions on the webpage for the product. Further, it took an inordinate amount of time to receive the order, probably because it is apparently shipped from China. Should I want to return this sweater, I would have to pay for return shipping. I do not recommend this company.

Sweater purchased was well below quality I expected with the top button thread already coming unsewn before I even tried on the item. Returning it to China an even bigger disappointment. I didn't thoroughly research this company so that's on me.

How can this Trust Pilot score for Cabot Cove possibly average 2.3 when every single reviewer gave them a #1 rating? This score is misleading. This Chinese company deserves no special considerations.

I purchased a dress after looking at it online. When I received the dress, it wasn't the item represented on the website. The website states a money back guarantee. BUYER BEWARE, you will be able to receive a 5% refund or store credit. You will not get your money back. The company isn't even in the US and everything is manufactured and shipped from China.

I never got my item nor am I able to reach anyone regarding it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I lost out $65.
