Both of my Air TNE inflatable pillow leaked. Cabeau replaced the first one promptly although the documentation was a little tedious. For the second one, they provided a coupon that could be used to purchase another one of their products.

I purchased a personalized Cabeau Evolution X pillow directly from Cabeau because I wanted the confidence of buying directly from the manufacturer for an upcoming international trip.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish.

My original order arrived without the manufacturer's retail box, packaged only in plastic. Since this is marketed as a premium travel pillow, I expected it to arrive in its original retail packaging. I contacted customer service, and they agreed to send a replacement.

Unfortunately, the replacement also arrived without the manufacturer's retail box, again packaged only in plastic.

In addition, the replacement pillow raised new concerns. The appearance of the memory foam beneath the cover did not look like what I expected from a brand-new premium product. I also noticed that the pillow I received has a black body, while the Turquoise version shown on Cabeau's official website appears to have a gray body. Because of these differences, I contacted customer service again and provided several photographs.

I was told that the black body is correct and that variations in the appearance of the memory foam are normal because different foam suppliers may be used.

While I appreciate that customer service responded, I felt my concerns were explained rather than genuinely addressed. I understand that manufacturing variations can occur, but the appearance of the pillow I received simply did not inspire confidence in a premium product purchased directly from the manufacturer.

I cannot say why my pillow looked different from my expectations, but I can honestly say that it did not meet the expectations I had based on Cabeau's product presentation and reputation.

For me, the biggest disappointment was the overall customer service experience. Great customer service is not just about providing an explanation—it's about making the customer feel heard and confident in their purchase. Unfortunately, I was left feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than resolved.

Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from Cabeau again.

Awful company. I am in the process of trying to return two travel pillows and it's proving to be impossible. I keep getting emails from staff saying they are sorry I am unhappy but they still don't tell me the process of how to actually return the items. A shocking company to deal with. I would never use them again and. I would definitely not recommend them.

I placed an order three weeks ago, and the order hasn’t even been processed yet. I’ve been trying to contact customer care, but I can only get through to a chatbot on the site that always gives me the same response:

Even though I ordered it a month in advance, I won’t be able to give it as a birthday present to someone eagerly waiting for it because he'll have a big trip coming up in a few days. Even more disappointing is being unable to contact anyone; they don’t care.

No order or Customer Care

Disappointing. Ordered a neck pillow and I was charged, but the item never arrived. When I emailed support they replied once to say the item was not going to be sent out due to error, but didn’t reply again when I asked for a refund. I ended up having to chargeback through my bank. Very shady company it seems!
